The Art of waking people upAs a student I found that this book useful to me even though I am not a working person. This book was parted in different parts which goes with what you want to learn. After reading this book I felt that I have opened up at school.Throughout this book you find the skills to working a happy life. This book goes from feedback all the way to criticism. What I have learned about this book is that you should be your self at your workplace just as you are in life. Something that they discuss a lot in the book is feedback. People are usually afraid to speak the truth at work because they might feel that they will get fired or start a fight with their coworkers. This has opened my eyes in finding who I am as a student. If you are interested in reading this book I would recommend it. I rate this book three and a half stars just because there were words in the book that were confusing. This book is a book in which you read the parts that you need help on. I would read the whole book if I was you because it was that good.

Cloke and Goldsmith really woke me up!! This book meant for everyone who is aspiring / looking for leadership skills. Having said that, it does not mean that only suits for leaders, it very well suits to individuals who look forward to open feedback from internal instincts.Very good book, I came across in my lifetime. its worth reading and have one in your home library. Thanks to cloke and Glodsmith once again, this inspires me to check other series of book written by you guys. I read most of the book with my husband, who was reading it with his team at work. It has some really good chapters that really make you think.
