Unschooling means so much more than a hands-on, child-directed, and experience-based way of learning. It doesn't describe a specific alternative to schooling. It's my unschooling story, a memoir of sorts, along with some practical info about my unschooling kids.

I enjoyed this book and found it had some interesting insights. I particularly liked the end of chapter questions which challenge you to consider the issues raised and clarify your own views.I did read this book because I wanted more information about unschooling. It didn't really give me the information I was looking for but that's because it wasn't meant to be that type of book - my fault for not properly researching what it was about.I borrowed it for free on my Kindle as I am a Prime member.
