As with all books, rating will always depend to some extent on what the reader wants/expects from it.I had no expectations prior to beginning to read. However, following it's inspiring initial chapters I found myself expecting a groundbreaking foray into the learning potential of the dawning age of the 'Immersive Internet' and the organisational pedagogy change that this could enable.Unfortunately what followed was limited to a very narrow subset of the 'Immernet' and a step-by-step guide on how to make it sufficiently palatable/respectable for adoption by organisations. If the reader needs a basic guide for generic learning technology design/implementation projects with a synchronous interactive 3D content bias and based on traditional corporate learning methodology then they may well be satisfied with this book.An excellent feature of the book is that there is a record of the output of a highly experienced organisational learning reading group which studied Learning in 3D at: http://www.hansdezwart.info/lin3drg

Participated in an online reading group, exploring the notions of this book on 3D learning and its impact on the future of learning in organizations. The book does raise some important issues that learning functions need to address, but has still got some work to do in convincing me that 3D virtual learning environments are a big part of the right solution...

Pasable. Moi desenfiado e bastante desapegado da realidade empresarial deste país, carecendo de influencia en ningún sector (no investigador?).
