Mozart! - Das Musical (Libretto) Reviews
I love the show to bits and it has one of the most fascinating librettos ever, but I think the Vienna version (which I have, haven't read the Hamburg version yet to compare) still needed a lot of editing story-wise, which is why I'm not giving it a full five stars.
This one tells the composer's story through the eyes of two sides of his personality, Wolfgang the adult who just wants to let loose and party and Amadé, the child genius who keeps him working. The version that I have is a little bit longer since it has a new song for Wolfgang and Constanze to sing.
