This was one of the first romance novels I ever read. I have nothing but fond memories of the first time I read about Cornelia & Locke Breckenridge... and yes, I do still remember his absurd name. I unabashedly loved this book when I was much, much younger. Part of me would love to reread it someday just for fun but I'd hate to have my memories of an epic romance spoiled by reality. I'm giving it four stars but if I was still 12 or 13 I definitely would have given it five.
