One of the best contemporary romances that I have read this year! You're Mine is the third book in The Winters Family Series and is the story of Joshua Winters and Kenzie Waters. It can be read as a standalone, but I would recommend reading the first two books in the series so you can fully appreciate all the characters and the family dynamic.I have to start by saying that I loved Kenzie and Joshua's story! Although all great, You're Mine is my favourite of the series so far, I did not want to put it down and read it in less than twenty four hours. Kenzie and Joshua's story is a second chance romance in so much as they knew each other in high school, but they never dated. Ten years ago Joshua wanted Kenzie but before he could break down her walls and really get close to his "sexy grumpy girl", military brat Kenzie and her family had to leave town because her father was re-deployed. Kenzie shied away from forming relationships because she had to move around so much, Joshua was not going to take no for an answer but, over summer break, Kenzie and her family moved away and the two never got a chance to say goodbye to each other. Now, ten years later, Josh is still in Wilmington and is a Math teacher and part time bar tender. He has never forgotten about Kenzie and has not been able to move on from what could, and should, have been. Kenzie always regretted not saying goodbye to Joshua and despite the years that have passed, she still dreams about him. In the hope of being able to reconnect with him, Kenzie returns to Wilmington and opens her own boutique, and this time, she intends to stay. As soon as Joshua and Kenzie see each other again, the years melt away and they are instantly drawn to one another. Joshua is hesitant to get involved with Kenzie because of how she left before, but Kenzie lost ten years with him and she will not miss another second, even if she has to become his "sexy stalker".You're Mine is a heart warming love story that shows that when you meet the one person you are meant to be with, you know, and you never forget them. Kenzie and Joshua are great together and their romance is both sweet and sexy. I loved catching up with rest of the Winters family and their friends, and also discovering new characters. There are hints of possible future pairings so I hope this means there will be more books in the series. I love Terra Kelly's writing and her books always leave me smiling. I would definitely recommend reading You're Mine as it is one of the best contemporary romances that I have read this year. **I received an ARC of You're Mine from the author, in exchange for an honest review**

This might be book three of the series but it can safely be read as a standalone.Joshua and Kenzie are childhood friends who were destined for so much more but were thwarted when Kenzie’s father is posted out of the area and she leaves without the opportunity to say goodbye.Josh is stunned when he returns to school to discover that Kenzie has left and it was at that point in his young life that he realises that his life without her in it will never be the same again.Spring forward a decade and Kenzie is back in Wilmington and her first thought is whether Josh is likely to be around. All this time apart has not meant that she has forgotten the young man that she left behind all those years ago. Josh has never been far from her thoughts. One night while out with friends she is shocked to see Josh working behind the bar. One look and she knew that the connection between the two of them was still there but it isn’t that easy, they have ten years to overcome. This is a super second chance at having the one thing you never thought you should never have lost.Josh is a math teacher at their old high school and Kenzie is working hard to get her own store up and running, so they both have lives of their own that keep them busy and as reticent as he may be to act upon this pull between them, Josh is also keen to see if the youthful infatuation that was so evident all those years ago is still there but it is going to have to be at a steady pace.Kenzie works hard to show Josh that what they have is something that she wants as much as he does and that they can build a future. This is a sweet romantic read, one that once you start you will not want to put down. Kenzie and Josh were a lovely couple and their journey was written with care, sensitivity and emotion.

I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest.Wow, the beginning of the book really drew me in and explained their situations so the readers can easily follow both. It was obvious that both were not ready for a relationship with each other at that time in their life.I did find that the writing style was slightly difficult to enjoy although not difficult to follow. I'm not sure what about it threw me off but it wasn't my favorite style of writing. There were several different types of moments, some cute, some hard, others easy. This made the book very life like.If you're not a big fan of insta-love then I wouldn't suggest You're Mine for your reading but if you don't mind it or really enjoy it then it certainly is a good book.Find this review and many more at Reading Shy With Aly

4 Stars!I enjoyed this book. This is a new author for me and my first book by her and well.... I was impressed. This book was really good and had a super sweet storyline that will have you laughing and smiling along the way. This was a beautiful second chance romance with hints of steam and a few twists thrown in along the way. This is book three in a series and can be read as a standalone but I promise by the end you will be like me and wanting to go back for the other two books. This is Kenzie and Joshua's story. Kenzie and Joshua met in high school. She was a military brat so making friends and connections was never part of her plan until she moved to Wilmington, NC. She admired Joshua from afar but never gave in to her feelings because she knew the up and move dreaded day would come and it did. Now it is ten years later. She is headed back to Wilmington hoping the boy she loved is there and willing to give them a chance.Joshua never wanted a girl like he did Kenzie. She never game him the time of day but he still wanted her. Then one day she left and never returned. Unfortunately, she never left his mind or heart. Now years later she is back in town. She has made it clear she is interested but the burn from the past is still there. Will he give them a chance? Will he take a chance on love? Get ready to fall hard for Joshua and Kenzie as they find that true love never leaves, even when its been years.I really enjoyed the flow of this book. We got a little past history lessen and present from Kenzie and Joshua. Told in dual POV, we get to connect with both of them. I loved the secondary characters in this book and the little extra umph they added to the story. I liked that this book didn't have a lot of over the top angst and was a much light hearted need. I recommend this book.Blog Tour--->

This is the third book in the Winters Family Series. It is also my favorite book so far. I have to include “so far” because I have felt that way about each book as I read it.This is the story of Joshua Winters and Kenzie Waters. Joshua and Kenzie knew each other 10 years ago in their junior year of high school. Joshua was crazy about her. He followed her around so he could sit and talk to her even though she ignored him. Truthfully, Kenzie, also liked Joshua but, as an Army brat, she was afraid to make friends that she would have to leave when they move. As it turned out, Kenzie and her family moved over the summer and wasn’t there for her senior year.Since then, Kensie has returned to town to open a bridal shop, and she plans to reconnect with Joshua. However, he is afraid to make friends because of how Kensi treated him 10 years ago. Nonetheless, Kenzi prepares to follow Joshua around just as he did in high school. I love that both of them could not forget each other and never dated anyone else during the last ten years. Also, once Joshua and Kenzie began dating, Terra Kelly does what she does best; she beautifully portrays a man and a woman falling in love. This book, as do her other two in the series, contains loving, caring families and loyal, devoted friends. In fact, it is a happy, uplifting book. I call these types of books “feel good” books. In truth, I am always smiling and happy when I read these books. The only sad moment was when I realized I had finished the book.I highly recommend this book. Warning: there is graphic lovemaking in this book. It is done very beautifully because these are two people in love. However, is this Is not your thing, I don’t think you would like this book.

Kenzie lived in a military family, packing up and moving every few years. She never let herself get close to anyone. Even Joshua, something about him made her heart beat faster and that spark when he touched her arm. But she couldn't put down the walls, they wouldn't stay. Joshua couldn't understand why Kenzie seemed so angry when he talked to her. He liked her she drew him in. The school year ended and Joshua waited for the new school year but Kenzie was gone. Ten years later Kenzie hasn't forgotten about Joshua, She evens moves from Arizona back to Delaware. Hoping her boutique up in Wilmington would hopefully give her a chance to see him again. Joshua couldn't believe it when he saw Kenzie again. He has never forgotten her. In fact he has been hung up on her all these years. Kenzie wasn't letting him get away this time. Definitely a sweet romance. Such wonderful characters. I fell in love with Joshua. He spent all those years hung up on Kenzie and when he finally sees her again, he keeps a cool head. Maybe not so much inside. Yet he was afraid of being crushed if she took off again. Kenzie went through a lot with her family after leaving Wilmington the first time. Now she finally gets her chance to show Joshua how she felt. Even if it means waiting for him every day like he did her. Kenzie has a few secrets she isn't ready to share. Will Joshua run when he finds out. I received and arc of this book in exchange for an honest review.

I’ve read the first two books in the Winters Family Series and I loved both of them. So I was really looking forward to reading the third book in this series.First of all, I love the way that Terra Kelly ended the first and second books. She gave the reader a glimpse of what or who the next book in the series will be about. This one didn’t end the same way, but I have a feeling I know which brother will be the next in line to find love.Being a teacher myself, I immediately fell in love with Joshua, but there were many things that made him lovable. It took me a little while to warm to Kenzie. Usually, I like a bit of mystery in the books I read, but I felt that Kenzie’s past remained a secret for too long and I even got to find out before Joshua. This is a book of second chances and, by the way, I love second chance romance. But not only did I get to read about Joshua’s and Kenzie’s second chance at finding love, I also had a chance to catch up with the Winters family, especially Drew and Izzy. Although I really enjoyed You’re Mine, book 2 is still my favourite book in this series.I gave You’re Mine 5 stars.Written by Karen from A Thousand Lives Book Blog

I was gifted a copy of this book, for the sole purpose of an honest review. This is the first of this series I have read, and it is book three. I hadn't realized this prior to reading this story, and it truly can be read as a stand alone. I will however start at the beginning to see all of what I've missed with this family. You're Mine is Joshua and Kenzie's tale. In the very beginning we find out Kenzie is a military brat and doesn't really want to let Josh know anything about her. He waits outside of school for her everyday in hopes to know her better. Fast foward ten long years, and Kenzie moves back to the town of the kid who owns her heart. Josh hasn't thought of anyone else during those ten years as well. Kenzie decides to totally go for who she wants and that earns the nickname of sexy stalker. While they take things slow, Kenzie still has demons in her past that she's to afraid to share with Josh. I'm a no spoiler girl, so you will have to read their tale, to know if her past is enough to loose Josh for good or not. I look forward seeing who the next book in the series will be about. 4.5/5 stars. Cross posting to My Reading Reality

This was a wonderful romance story. The characters just made you fall in love with them. Joshua meet Kenzie in math class in high school, he had strong feelings for her, Then the next thing he know she and her family are gone without so much as a goodbye. Joshua now is a math teacher at his old high school and bartender at night, but he can’t forget Kenzie. Kenzie is a military brat and they are always on the move with her father career. Kenzie cannot get Joshua out of her mine even 10 years later. Kenzie moves back to Wilmington, she hopes she gets a chance to see Joshua again and see if the feelings are still there. There is something that is holding Kenzie back and that is a secret from her past, will that ruins her chance to have happiness with Joshua. Kenzie works extra hard to show Joshua that what they have is something special and that she wants it as much as he does and that they can build a future.OVERALL IMPRESSION OF THE BOOKThis is such a sweet romantic read, this is one that once you start you will not want to put down.* I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review *

First off, I just want to say that even though this is book 3, you can read this book as a standalone. I would recommend reading Catch Me and Need Me first though. You will absolutely fall in love with the Winter's family. I highly recommend reading You're Mine. Kenzie and Joshua first meet in high school, but never had a relationship. Josh decides to give Kenzie some time, but when school starts back up, Kenzie is no longer there. Kenzie's father was redeployed and they had to move again. Ten years later, Kenzie moves back to Wilmington, NC, in the hope of Josh still being there. She goes out for drinks and who does she see, the man of her reams, Josh. Josh is a part-time bartender at the Clam Bake, besides being a math teacher at their old high school. Kenzie is getting ready to open up her store, Curvalicious Boutique. Joshua is a little guarded at first, but the connection is still there. He hasn't forgotten about Kenzie and she hasn't forgotten about him. This is the story of what happened after Kenzie moved and what takes place now. If you love second chance romance, this is definitely the book for you!!

Joshua is a math teacher whose held on to the memory of a girl, who dismissed him every day of high school, because of her enigmatic energy. His family hates to see him pining for a girl he hasn't seen in ten years. Kenzie grew up a military brat. Bouncing from place to place, never making friends, always shutting people down so no one ever got close. Except Joshua who has stuck with her for ten years. She regrets never calling, and picking up so swiftly and moving back home when her father finally came home from his tour. Despite the struggles Kenzie was faced with, school, work, helping her father, and his lengthy rehabilitation. She never forgot Wilmington, and her Joshua that resided there. I give this book 4 stars. Terra Kelly surprised us once again with the in depth story of Kenzie and her big 'elephant' in the room, and Joshua's huge heart. The Winters family is so loving and open it makes for a great read.

Sometimes when you find the right one to love you know it deep inside. Josh knew from the first time Kenzie bumped into him in high school that there was something special about this girl and he had to work hard for her attention. Kenzie was a military brat that never stayed in one place long. She was scared to open her heart because she knew it would not last. Just when Josh was ready to make his move Kenzie was gone. Now its ten years later and Josh and Kenzie still cannot forget each other. Kenzie moves back to town and is open to finishing what they started but its Josh that has reservations and Kenzie must now convince him that she is finally his. This was a sweet story about second chances and how the heart never forgets. This was one of those books that you need to make time to read because once you start you will not be able to put it down. I loved it and I recommend it to everyone.

I didn't think I could love one of Terras books more than her last one Need You but You're Mine has engulfed my heart and taken the #1 spot. A second chance romance at its finest!! Kenzie and Josh' s story will keep you so engrossed and the pages will be flying. There is so many emotions in this book. What happens when you feel like you had found someone you didn't want to lose but then one day they are just gone? When the second chance at this love comes again, you make sure to keep it. Kenzie has to fight for it. Do you think Josh will forgive her? Read this amazing story to find out! This is Terra' s best book to date and you all will fall in love with her writing. When second chances are better than the first.I would highly recommend this book to any romance junkie. #mustread #fivestar #one-click

Terra Kelly hun, you did it again. This book is so beautiful. This is a story between Joshua Winters and Kenzie Waters, they first saw each other on algebra class 10 years ago. She didn't want to get close to no one because she grew up a military brat and was relocated often, but joshua fell in love with her and try to get close to her until she desappeared. They didn't forget each other over those 10 years. And then Kenzie get back to Joshua's town with one goal, get joshua back, the love of her life. This story made me realized that everyone had their soul mate, we can take some time to stay with them, but we all have the righ person to us. And this story is a reminder.Beautiful, funny, hopefull story. Amazing job Terra Kelly

Joshua and Kenzie do not disappoint. It has been a little bit since I read the first two book so it took me a minute remember the stories, but once I remember I was so excited! I love the Winters family. Joshua and Kenzie do not disappoint. The heartbreak and past Kenzie lives through only goes to show what an amazing, strong person Joshua knew she was. I love their attraction and that while they weren't in each others lives for long or in depth the both left lasting impressions on each other. I was very happy their story was not overwhelmed by angst. If you are looking for a good, fun loving, sweet love story look no further!

I have enjoyed all the three books, CATCH ME, NEED YOU and YOU’RE MINE. Terra Kelly certainly knows how to create romantic stories. You’re mine is such a beautiful love story between Kenzie and Joshua, how they met, lost each other and then reunited after ten years. I like the title and how Terra found it. Very creative I must say. Anyone out there after a romantic story, I recommend Terra Kelly’s collection.

Best of the series so farOh this was my favorite. I loved this second chance story, they met in high school never dated then ten years later...... such a beautiful story. This is my favorite out of the series so far and I can't wait to see what terra has next. Need more stars for this one. I normally delete books when I'm done but there's a recipe I'm trying in the end. Just love this author.

This is the third book in the Winters Family series. I've read the first two books, but this would also work as a standalone book. This book picks up right where book #2, Need You, leaves off. Joshua Winters had a thing for Kenzie Waters in high school, and it has stuck with him for the last ten years. Kenzie had a thing for Joshua, too, but was too shy to do anything about it. Then her military family moved her from North Carolina to Arizona during her junior year of high school. It took her 10 years to find her way back to the place...and the person... that has been haunting her since she left.Kenzie moves back to NC to open a boutique, hoping to find Joshua but not really expecting that she will. Instead, she encounters him on her first night out in town. They are drawn to each other but are hesitant to get hurt again. I would give this book 4 stars. It was a nice wrap up to some of the previous stories, while introducing some new ones as well. I hope Shawna and Danny's story comes soon. And of course, there are some fabulous looking recipes in the back of the books. I don't drink bourbon much, but those cocktails look really yummy! I was given this book for free in exchange for an honest review.

Joshua Winters always tried to talk to Kenzie when they were juniors in high school. Kenzie was shy and didn't want to make friends as her family moved a lot since her dad was in the military. They actually moved back to Arizona just before Kenzie's senior year. For the last ten years both of then have thought and talked about the other. Kenzie moved back to Wilmington and opened a boutique determined to dined Joshua. As Kenzie is having a drink in a local bar/hangout she sees Joshua about the same time he sees her. They talk, but Joshua is a little gun shy since she left ten years ago without a word from her. You will need to read the book to see what happens.Kenzie had a secret that she was afraid to tell Joshua. I personally didn't think it was that big of deal, but then I have never been in that position. I liked Kenzie was glad to see her come out of her shell. She was a great daughter and sister, and had wonderful parents. Joshua was a nice guy and very close to his family. He had a wonderful family that supported each other. I was glad to see their relationship grow and loved some of the other characters in the book. It was a good book that I encourage you to read. I voluntarily read an Advanced Reader's Copy of this book.

I voluntarily received and reviewed an arc of the book. This is definitely a great addition to the series. Joshua and Kenzie have lined for one another for ten long years and they've finally gotten their second chance. Kenzie went through so much after she left, but all she could think about was "that boy", the one that always waited for her after school, the one that followed her to her hiding spot to talk. Even though she never made the effort to get to know him, she grew attached to him. Once she returns, she decides she's going to do the same things he did, basically stalk him. She has a few skeletons in her closet she's afraid of, but once they come out, the whole family supports her to help get through it and move on. This family is absolutely amazing. I fell in love with them with Alex and Ally's story, then Drew and Izzy, now even more. Can't wait to see what happens with the rest of the crew. Looks like things beteeen shawna and Danny may get a bit steamy soon.

A sweet second chances love story, You're Mine speaks of the attraction between Joshua and Kenzie from high school days. They have never forgotten each other. I think most of us still remember our first love, whether it was returned or unrequited love. However, for Joshua and Kenzie it was something more. They were soul mates through time and space, their meeting 10 years later bearing witness to the undeniable attraction between them. The story is rather slow moving but enjoyable. The Winters family just keeps growing and there is always space for one more. Kenzie has been carrying a secret which affected her self-worth. Far from being ostracised when the truth comes out, she finds instead that the family and friends rally around her, giving her all the time and space that she needs. This is an enjoyable, uncomplicated read with witty dialogue, and to be recommended. I received a copy of this book as a gift and this is my honest and voluntary review.

Not quite sure what to thinkI'm not often speechless in this regard but I am sorry to say that I don't much know what to think of this book. I liked the characters alright and Joshua is for sure a very sweet hearted man but I felt no connection to this story, what I did feel though was a lack of flow and an awful lot of jumping around, which often made me kind of confused about what just happened. I also felt like Joshua and Kenzie got into a relationship way too fast and that left me wondering what I missed? What also, to me, seemed confusing was the fact that this story jumped into the head of every person, important to the main story or not, and though I like knowing what the leading couple in a story think this really just made my head spin.

You're Mine is the third book in The Winters Family series by Terra Kelly. Kenzie Waters and Joshua Winters are the main two characters in this story. I started this series by reading the fourth book as an ARC and had to read the first three. This entire series is a must read! Every one of the characters are fantastic and the storylines are wonderful. Every story can stand alone, but they are all so good you will have to read them all! Book four is Let's Dance. Can't wait for book five!!!!!

This was Book #3 and I'm happy to be introduced to this new, fun and loving family. I am excited to read more about The Winters Family. I love how the author Terra brings in the characters from her other books. This is the story of one of the Winters brothers, Joshua and Kenzie. He had a crush on her in high school and then she disappears. Ten years later he finds himself looking across the bar at her. Well written and fun. Ten years since they've seen each other, yet neither forgot about the other. Can they rekindle past attraction and desires.

Joshua and Kenzie's story was amazing, sexy, romantic with a little cook-off competition thrown in. I enjoyed the characters, the family relationships and the storyline just grabs you and keeps you turning the pages. Kenzie, Isabel and Shawna are hilarious together. A wonderfully written book with hot sex scenes but also very romantic. I can't wait to find out what's going to happen next with this series. I voluntarily received this book to review for my honest opinion.

A heartwarming story filled with a deep seeded love that grew in time and distance for Kenzie and Joshua. I loved their connections and the closeness they had with their families. I loved that she took the chance to find her one and only again and became his "sexy stalker" instead of the "sexy/grumpy girl" that she was in high school.
