The Billionaires Mistake (Sloan’s Story) by Elizabeth LennoxOK, I was a little concerned with this boxed set but for 99¢ I thought I’d give it a try. AND I loved the first little story. Yeah, with any short story there’s going to be insta-love but nothing was said until almost the end of the tale. Sloan was a billionaire and went into the coffee shop of the property he was going to foreclose on, met Maria, and that’s all she wrote. He kept putting off telling her who he was because he was falling in love with her and she with him and when she found out, from the banker she went to see about an extension on her loan, she was hurt and very angry with him.I did love her “old” friends: the twins Cassandra and Catherine, Samantha, Melvin, and Suzy. They owned all the little shops around Maria and though they were in their dotage they loved their stores. They didn’t want to just sit home. There was an explicit sex scene in Maria’s bedroom and another in her office. There was no swearing to speak of. At least I don’t remember any. (4.5 Stars) Her Reluctant Billionaire (Logan’s Story) by Noelle AdamsI didn’t enjoy this one as much as I did the first one. I liked Logan a lot but Katie, not so much. It was like she didn’t want a relationship, didn’t want to get married, then all of a sudden a light came on and she loved Logan as more than just a friend, after 4 years! It did turn into an HEA, though. There was 2 explicit sex scenes in this book and the F-bomb was used was used 1 time. (3 Stars) The Billionaires Babysitter (Wyatt’s Story) by Leslie NorthWow! I didn’t like this one at all. All the brothers were supposed to be adults but Wyatt was soooo immature it wasn’t even funny. All he was concerned about was having fun: sky-diving, paragliding, zip-lining, parachuting off very tall buildings, you name it and he did it. Just because he was considered cowardly as a kid. He never have a serious thought in his head. This was a really terrible story. I couldn’t wait for it to end. And I felt that the ONLY thing he and Laine had in common was sex. There were about 3 sex scenes in this and the F-bomb was used 11 times. (1 Star) Chased by the Billionaire (Greyson’s Story) by Lizabeth ScottWow, didn’t like this one very much either. The author spent waaaay too much time dwelling on Gemma’s weight problem (90 pounds overweight), that she use to have when she was in school, like 15 years ago. And how upset she was when a rag magazine got a picture of her wearing a bikini and guessing she was six months pregnant when she wasn’t pregnant at all. Of course, that meant she wasn’t good enough for Greyson. Jeez, I don’t like this kind of story at all. There were 3 explicit sex scenes but the F-bomb wasn’t used at all. (1 Star) From Geek to Greek Billionaire (Alexander’s Story) by Gloria SilkThis was kind of cute. I did like Alex, the youngest adopted Anderson brother, and I liked Olivia, too. Even though I thought this was going to be another story on being overweight and I’d had my fill with the last one, but it was about Alex pretending to need Olivia’s help making a “new” him. They did love each other since they were about 18 but lies told Alex sent him running off to Greece and Olivia left wondering why he stood her up then left as quickly as he did. AND Olivia’s fight with breast cancer. This was a little more angsty that the others and a little less sex but it was a good story. There was an explicit sex scene and no swearing to speak of. (3 Stars)

Sad to say that this collection was not my thing. Sometimes I like novellas even though they're shorter on character development and quicker on insta-love due to the nature of shortened stories. This collection was just mostly misses. I also didn't think the stories were coordinated quite well enough for them to be interconnected the way they were. The details and small things were different enough to stand out glaringly to me.The Billionaire's Mistake by Elizabeth Lennox This read like a typical Harlequin story. That's not neccesarily good or bad depending on what you like. The guy was the typical alpha billionaire from those sorts of stories and the storyline was predictable. That can be good if you want a sure thing, and I sometimes do. It can be bad in that there were zero surprises if you want that. The male lead wasn't my typical favorite and I also didn't care for the heavy lust pull of the two. I don't buy that pure sexual desire overnight transforms into love in a blink. Also, I like emotional connections best for me to buy into a couple and their love and there was little of that. But while it was a forgettable story for me, it was well written and should appeal to many readers who like these sorts of tales.Things that I did like- the dog and the heroine. The heroine was your typical sweet do-gooder but she was easy to root for. She had a cast of oddball octogenarian shop owners surrounding her if you like those goofy but sweet sorts of types.2 stars for me but should be much higher for mostHer Reluctant Billionaire by Noelle AdamsThis author was the reason I took a chance on the set. I've read many of her other books and nearly always enjoy her works. I liked that the Hero was more of the sweet, intense beta type. The heroine's issues were almost too dragged out but I think if the story had more time it would have worked a little better. I liked the emphasis on an emotional connection as I tend to prefer those sorts of stories. I did think the story was padded with sex scenes though. The last one could have been cut as it added nothing to the story and read as filler. In the end it was my favorite of the set but I didn't like it as well as others I've read by this author.3 starsThe Billionaire's Babysitter by Leslie NorthI didn't care for this story what so ever. Wyatt read like a 16 year old and not a 30 something. The whole story had a juvenile feel with a ton of cursing (which doesn't bother me in some stories but felt out of place in this collection). The Hero never gave off any vibe except as a self involved manboy who can't say no to any dare his good for nothing friends give him. I never believed in his last second of the story revelation that spending time on the couch with the heroine was more adventurous and thus more fun than any of his adrenaline seeking behavior. Puh-lease!The heroine was okay but it wasn't believable for her to be tempted in anyway with this boy masquerading as a man. She was also unprofessional. And can we do away with these female besties characters that are obsessed with getting their friends laid? Like that's some cure all? Again, juvenile.Zero starsChasing the Billionaire by Lizabeth ScottThis wasn't a fit mostly because I really don't enjoy manwhore gets reformed magically by some inexperienced girl (or mostly inexperienced with only subpar sexual experiences). These just aren't stories I care for and thus once that dynamic was established there wasn't really a way for me to love this. Partly, it seems to reinforce gender norms that women should be as untouched as possible (the madonna/whore issue) while men should be virile spread the seeders (yuck). I also don't believe men that approach and look at women the way these manwhores do make good long term bets. When the magic that transforms them wears off you can guess that these are the sort to cheat.Having said that, although there was the typical magic that happens when a manwhore meets some special one that I don't believe in, the heroes transformation was done pretty well. He did show that he was going about things differently then previous. The writing was good so if this dynamic works then you might like it. Also of note, I don't like stories where the girl looses the weight so the guy superficial guy notices her. What happens once she has a kid and maybe gains weight? If he was so turned off by her when she was overweight when younger what if she ever gains it back? How will he be towards her? Hard to believe in this pair's long term viability on many fronts.1.5 stars? From Geek to Greek Billionaire by Gloria Silk Confession, I haven't gotten far enough into this one to rate it. I think I just burnt out on the book from the other stories making this one harder to get into. I do like the idea of a former geek hero but I just lost interest in this collection a while back. So I think I'll try to pick this one back up just in case after I read something else so it can get a better effort. Not yet rated

The Billionaire’s Mistake by Elizabeth Lennox1 star. This story is all telling and insta. There’s no depth to the romance. A handful of short and lusty interactions became love and a marriage proposal. Even Sloan doesn’t know what happened.“She was different. He wasn’t sure how or why, but Sloan knew that she was.”Maybe it was the fact, and I’m paraphrasing here, her virginal panties were more exciting than the lace his women usually wore. I had to skim to the end to keep my eyes from rolling out of my head.In the prologue to the entire anthology, the Anderson brothers’ mother tells her sons she’s ready for grandchildren so they’d better shake a leg. This first story feels like Sloan took his mother’s directive very seriously and proposed to the next woman he saw.Her Reluctant Billionaire by Noelle Adams2.5 stars. This was by far the best story of the lot but it was still mostly telling and felt phoned in.The Billionaire’s Babysitter by Leslie NorthDNFChasing the Billionaire by Lizabeth ScottDNFFrom Geek to Greek Billionaire by Gloria Silk2 stars. It was okay but I skimmed heavily.

Fun Read - Slightly PredictableThese are five stories of sexy billionaire brothers who never thought they'd want to settle down with one woman. Their mother wants grandchildren so .... The characters were well developed and there were several steaming hot scenes. I would recommend this set of books to anyone who likes billionaire romances if they're not daunted by the sex scenes. I may have given 5 stars but there were too many typos and missed words. One place even had the same sentence repeated. Better proof reading needed.

2,5/5Okay, so I bought these ebooks, because I read an exerpt of the Noelle Adams novel in another book by her. And to be honest, I thought the story by Noelle Adams was the best of the set, even though it wasn't as good as all the other books I've read by her. The other stories I didn't really connect with, I either didn't like the characters, the writing or they were just acting like teenagers instead of thirty year olds.

Awesome!I chose this rating because this was a really awesome series. I love and enjoyed all of the characters. These Anderson man are something very serious. To me the first book with Sloan and Maria seem like her dog Ollie seemed to have gotten them together which was very cute and very endearing I really love this story. Now with Logan and Katie that was a very interesting story which I really enjoyed as well she was a lawyer. Basically she was afraid to fall in love and to get hurt because she is a divorce lawyer . And she understands the way the wives feel when they have to divorce their husbands and some of them are really messy divorces. Logan made her understand that everyman is not always the same. They got together and they're in love and I'm so glad things worked out. Now Wyatt and Kaine, Wyatt he was a daredevil. She wanted to get into babysitting, but she didn't know she had to babysitting a grown man. So that was a little chaotic at first. But then she came to terms with it and she realize she needed that job. That it could turn out to be a positive thing for her. Then why you got a little wild, it came so she had to leave. She couldn't take him anymore. To sum it all up he went to find her. And then it was a wrap. Now this story here with Greyson and Gemma this reunion was a little bittersweet for Gemma . She was overweight when she was a teen and Greyson didn't even know who she was when he first saw her. He knew she was familiar but he didn't know that it was the same person. But he had to work at it to get with her though because she wasn't pulling any punches. Because she knew Greyson from school. He didn't taunt her when she was in school but the other kids did. As you know she was a little self-conscious. But all things turned out well and they got together. Now here we go with Alexander and Olivia , Alexander was a little shy at first he was a young boy and have the confidence that he needed . There is a grown man he still has some of those tendencies. So he and Olivia when they were young got together per se. And then he gets all of us and just laugh without a word or anything. So here we are back to this day and age he still loves Olivia. But he really don't know how to get her . And Olivia she does have feelings for him as well. He doesn't look crazy things to try to get her as you will read if you get this book. Olivia she also had breast cancer. And Alexander's mom she died of breast cancer. So he messed up again. But through it all he apologized. Didn't help. But then she started to realize how he felt and she put herself in his situation. And she went after her man she got her man. Oh yeah, their mama Sandra was so happy that all of her boys found the love of their lives. And she has some grandbabies. Overall this was a really great book. I recommend this series to all romance readers it is awesome.

A very enjoyable box set! Some box sets feel disjointed, so I was pleasantly surprised at how well these stories fit together. The set starts with a prologue where Mrs. Anderson tells her 5 grown sons that she wants grandchildren, and then each installment features a different brother meeting his match. My favorite story was Logan's, but I did enjoy them all.The Billionaire's Mistake -- I really liked Sloan's story and thought it was a really solid introduction to the set. Sloan and Marie were a good match, and I liked how their story developed. The plot was interesting, and I loved how it incorporated Marie's dog Ollie! The characters were well developed for a novella, but I did find myself still wanting just a bit more once this story was over. Her Reluctant Billionaire -- 5 stars! This was my favorite of the set, which should be no surprise since I am a fan of Ms. Adams' other works. This is a friends to lovers story, and it was executed perfectly. Logan is so endearing, and I couldn't help but love him. Katie is great, and I certainly sympathized with her--after her parents divorce and her job as a divorce attorney, of course she will be wary of relationships. I adored watching their relationship grow, and the epilogue was fantastic! The Billionaire's Babysitter -- Sad to say that, while I like some of Ms. North's other works, this one was my least favorite of the set. I just couldn't really get behind the whole babysitter premise. I found it difficult to connect with Wyatt, and I didn't love the end. Chasing the Billionaire -- Grey's story was a pleasant surprise! I'm not always a huge fan of the reformed womanizer trope, but it worked in this instance. It started off with a bang with Grey not recognizing Gemma and her not being receptive to his advances. I enjoyed their relationship and really felt for Gemma's struggles. A solid 4 star story! From Geek to Greek Billionaire -- While I mostly enjoyed Alex's story, I did have some mixed feelings. I like the concept of the story, but I wish there had been less deception. While Alex's actions at the end were explained, I still couldn't quite get behind them. I liked Olivia with Alex but just wasn't sold on all aspects of the plot. While some installments were better than others, I did enjoy this set as a whole. The epilogue at the end of the set was a very cute roundup, although I wouldn't have complained if there was just a touch more to it. The different writers' styles complemented each other well. Overall, a very enjoyable set!

Billionaires On The Beach...A great bundle read with one family but written by different author. Each story was fantastic in its own. The Andersons core of the family values stand with the sons being smart, sexy, and devoted. Each brother totally different found love with some fabulous women. Each woman was strong minded, smart, resilient, and passionate.

FabulousLoved the stories and links between most of the characters would have liked to hear more of liana and Logan but it was a lot to cram in
