Rory the Rabbit Reviews
I totally understand Rory's dilemma. We all experienced a lonely time, alienated from the mainstream. Sometimes I saw myself in Rory's situation in my dream, unsatisfied with myself and dreaming to be someone else. I remember when I was new to a junior high school far away from my hometown, I always had a difficult time to get involved into my class. One night I dreamed that I became the most popular girl in the class, not the one got all "A"s, but the one beloved by almost everyone. And when I waked up next morning, I told myself at the bottom of heart, try to make more friends today. And sometimes I felt overwhelmed to trying to be popular or be fun to be with. Recently I found this picture book, published by the same imprint as Express Delivery from Dinosaur World, and I really hope I could have met this book when I was younger, when I had a hard time in my junior high. Strongly recommend the book to kids who may sometimes be struggled with their identity or character. Everyone should be proud and excel at being their authentic selves, just like Rory.
