Express Delivery from Dinosaur World Reviews

My first book review posted on Goodreads goes to the books changed my life. They are: The Little Prince, The Catcher in the Rye and Express Delivery from Dinosaur World. The Little Prince enlightened my childhood, which might make me seemingly a precocious child. And The Catcher in the Rye is like a lighthouse, always accompanying my sensitive teenage life. The Express Delivery from Dinosaur World is my favorite recent book, created by a Chinese girl of my age. I happened to see this book on Amazon and I LOVE HER DINOSAURS!!! And all the fantastic design! So I searched the Internet to find her other books but it seems that it is her very first published picture book. So I am even more surprised! I am totally convinced that some young Chinese picture book creators are really awesome! And I can't wait to see her next works which would't take so long I guess since she is so young and creative. I really hope they can hold some events in America so that we can talk more!

The book itself is actually the Express delivery from prehistoric world where dinosaur lived. When you opened the book, you stepped into the mysterious world of dinosaurs. And you're going to travel through time and space to embark on an incredible journey with inspiring adventures. There are ten adventures in all and each one will lead you to the next. After the tenth adventure, you'll return to real world. Although the publisher defined it as a picture book, I would love to call it a game book. Because of all kinds of interactive games like crossing maze, finding differences, mixing and matching, readers of all ages could enjoy the fun. I was really impressed by the bonus adventure in the end where the author imagined artists were dinosaurs and their works of art were eggs. What would they look like? Can you imagine? My 3 year daughter loves the book so much that she holds the paper flashlight to save the girl from a dinosaur's belly and flip the pages through every night. Highly recommended.
