She’s a typical girl with a few extra pounds, a tendency to overthink things, and nearly crippling social anxiety. Kenzie thought she had her life under control, until the night she found herself in the wrong place at the right time. Tyler Davidson has been floating and trying to survive since leaving the military five years ago. Left with a disfigured leg and a serious case of PTSD, he's doing his best to pretend that he's fine and still the handsome and charismatic playboy he was before his injury. After being involved in an armed robbery together, Kenzie and Tyler begin an emotional and turbulent journey of personal discovery and emotional ups and downs. Will her low sense of worth and his inability to truly give in to his emotions be their undoing? Or will they be able to put the past behind them and move forward together?...

Wrong Place, Right Time Reviews
A seriously good emotional ride! This is how I like my characters. Not perfect but realistically flawed like the rest of us. That makes the happy parts so much more. This one will pull your emotions. It had me crying in quite a few parts. I can't wait to read to read the next one.
I didn't care for the way Tyler acted for most of the book. He ran so hot and cold with Kenzie in started to get annoying pretty quick.Kenzie's constant self depreciation was tiring too. I just wanted to shake her. All was forgiven and brushed off too quickly for my liking. I'd have liked more groveling or something. In the time that passed BOTH separations Tyler didn't even think about her after the initial first day or two. He claimed love and strong feelings but his actions were the complete opposite. At lease Kenzie tried to make a go of things but another miscommunication and that was down the drain.I'm being generous with 2 stars I'd like to say realistically it was about 1.5 stars because I liked that he was a vet with an injury and she was an incredible kind and understanding person. If they would have just worked together instead of Tyler's constant pushing away and her low self worth I'd have enjoyed it a whole lot more.Hope it works out better for you guys than it did me..
Wrong Place, Right TimeThis was a pretty easy read and while it moved slowed than most books, it was definitely a good read.Kenzie and Tyler meet in a less than favorable way. Both are dealing (or not really dealing) with issues from their past and are filled with insecurity and uncertainty. You spend a larger portion of the book wondering if they will ever get it together, but it definitely keeps you reading to find out! This was my first read by this author, but I'll gladly be reading more!
I couldn't put this book down. This is a very well written book that got me hooked from the beginning to the end. I can't wait to read the next book. I highly recommend.
This was a really good story. I enjoyed the characters & their realistic struggles with PTSD & abuse.
