The last single O’Brien wants nothing more than to find the right girl, settle down, and start a family. After all, his siblings make the happily ever after thing look pretty appealing. Finding the right girl isn’t as easy as it sounds, though. At least, not in Birch Valley. Hannah Belsky has come to terms that finding the perfect guy is merely a fantasy… Hannah loves nothing more than a quiet morning on the farm with one of her many romance novels. She’s a sucker for a good happily ever after. Someday she hopes to find her own. It doesn’t seem likely, though, not when her family needs her. She’s been the head of the Belsky household and resident mom to her little sister since she was a teen, and the family farm isn’t going to run itself. Sometimes love is right in front of you, just waiting to be seen… Daniel’s been trying to date Hannah’s littler sister Nina for months. Trying being the operative word. Nina is like that odd piece that won’t fit no matter how hard he tries to squeeze her into his family puzzle. But then there is Hannah. Ever since the day he gave her a ride home, he can’t stop thinking about her. Their easy friendship and undeniable chemistry could easily turn into something more. Maybe even the something they’ve both been searching for. Will Hannah finally take a chance on the grand love she’s spent years reading about, or will doubt and the burden of responsibility keep her from… Dating Daniel?...

Dating Daniel (Cloverleaf #4) Tales From Birch Valley is by author Gloria Herrmann.Published: August 23, 2016Read: February 24, 2017Kindle edition: 218 pagesMy Rating: 4Cover: 5Standalone with HFN ending. As the series continue, so will Daniel and Hannah's story.POV: Told in third-person alternating perspectives.Series: Cloverleaf: #1 Loving Liam; #2 Maggie's Marriage; #3 Patrick's Promise; #4 Dating Daniel and coming soon, #5 Chasing ChelseaGenres: RomanceDaniel and Hannah.....Ok...by now I am totally invested in this sweet series. Every character shines; main H/h and all secondary. So this fourth book in the series focuses on the romance of youngest O'Brien brother, Daniel. I admit I was just a little disappointed that Daniel and Hannah didn't have as much page time as I believed they deserved. Especially Daniel. Daniel was special to me. He held a huge piece of my heart since I met him in the first book, Loving Liam. Daniel's character was the one I found myself worried about the most. He was the sensitive sibling. The one most kind and considerate. And that says a lot because the whole O'Brien family is loyal and charming. Yes, Daniel was overly sweet and considerate but unfortunately he was the one most easy affected by negativity, especially when aimed at him directly.Watching all his siblings secure in the love of a significant other only made his longing for the same so much more. Daniel was lonely. Even surrounded by a large, loud family he still yearned for more.Hannah was a beautiful person; inside and out. Her heart was generous and caring. Everyone who new her, adored her sweet and thoughtful personality.Especially Daniel.Watching Daniel and Hannah find happiness with each other was so sweet. I know I use that word to describe so much about this series but I can'r help it. Even the scene set-up by the author gives the story more depth. The author is extremely descriptive in her storytelling. Sometimes, that can put me off. But not in this case. I was more than happy to be in Birch Valley with Gloria's characters. In this novel we get more on Liam and Rachel (book one), Maggie and Michael (book two), and Patrick and Amber (book three) as their relationships develop and grow. This is also the last novel written for now. Gloria Herrmann is currently working on Chasing Chelsea who is Rachel's BFF that we meet in Rachel and Liam's book. Also I have no doubt that we will get more romance from the O'Brien family as there are more weddings and hopefully babies to come.I am really looking forward to see how Chelsea's character develops. She is a shallow young woman but you can see she has a big heart. Her story will be fun to read. Can't wait. Hopefully it won't be too long. (hint hint :) )

Book received from the author in exchange for an honest reviewBack to the lovely Birch Valley. Back to my favorite family: the O’Brien. In this book the last (but not least), Daniel O’Brien is finally looking for his HEA. Honestly, I felt a little bit sad for him. He has watched all of his siblings find the ONE, fall in love and be happy. He’s inexperienced, he has a kind and shy nature, and strong values. I would say he is an old-fashioned man. Finding his happiness didn’t prove to be easy. He really needs a girl who shares the same values and be a little bit old-fashioned as well.Hannah is the ONE for him, they’re a match made in heaven, and I really loved how their relationship grows throughout the book. Nothing fancy, nothing crazy, just sweet words and acts of kindness.Hannah is sweet, she seems so fragile, but she’s the strong one in her family, she is the glue that kept her family together. She has lost her mother when she was young and she felt responsible to look after her father and sister. I didn’t like that they didn’t appreciate Hannah efforts. In some way I could understand her father, but nor her sister Nina. I really disliked her, even at the end where there is a sort of reconciliation between Hannah and Nina.Hannah fits perfectly in the O'Brien family.Around Daniel and Hannah story, there are the members of the O’Brian clan that are getting settled with their own lives, sometimes grabbing the spotlight. Honestly I would have loved to see more about Daniel and Hannah. But the Coverleaf Series is like this: the main characters are never alone in the stories, they are unique but equally part of a big picture, where all the people and the surrounding are depicted in vivid colors, making them real. This book is sweet, romantic and mouth watering. Gloria Herrmann really has to write a cookbook with all the yummy O'Brien's recipes. Read my review here --> http://jewelbooklover.blogspot.com/20...

I loved Daniel's story! I have been waiting for this one for awhile and the wait was well worth it. Daniel has watched everyone of his siblings find love and happiness. Liam and Rachel are expecting. Maggie and Michael are having a little one. Even the dark and brooding Patrick has found new love with Amber. Daniel just wants to be loved and have what his parents and all his siblings have. He thinks he has found it with Nina Belsky but it sure doesn't seam like they have much in common. She wants to go to dance clubs and get drunk and all he wants to do is visit with family and go fishing. She doesn't fit in with his family and none of them like her. They are all warning Daniel that he might just be looking at it all wrong and in to much of a hurry. That doesn't make him happy as he is 30 and feels like he should know his mind and heart enough to know who and what he wants.Having to take Hannah home one day because her car broke down. Daniel needs to get gas at the only gas station in town and who does he see but Nina with another man. When she comes to explain that they aren't really dating or nothing anyway. He realizes that his family might have been right and realizes that Hannah and him are more alike then him and her sister Nina. This book brings all the other characters from the Cloverleaf series back and ties up the story wonderfully. I believe that Ms. Herrmann just gets better with each book she writes and am looking forward to whatever she decides to write next.

Wow! Just when you think you've loved every single character enough in the Cloverleaf series, Gloria flipping Herrmann gives you another. *sighs* Daniel is awesome...As Daniel amongst the clan of O'Brien family takes up his story his search of love and his happily ever after doesn't go smoothly. He certainly had to kiss his frog to meet his prince(ss). Excerpt:Why didn't he notice Hannah sooner? ...he had never met anyone like Hannah and he somehow knew he never would again. Daniel knew one thing for sure: now that he'd found her, he wasn't letting her go. As his future becomes clearer the constant delves into the other characters we have grown to love are slotted into the connecting books. With everyone's lives and love deepening you can't help but fall more head over heels with this amazing family. Excerpt:He'd just wanted what his siblings had found, what his parents had - love. I adored the characters from family members old and new...each giving another dimension to a brilliant book and giving more insight into each of the personalities and their love of not only one another but the family as a whole. Gloria has done it again with another outstanding book which blew me away. I can only hope this isn't the last we see of this tremendous family who have captured my heart and soul. Five stunning stars.

Dating Daniel by: Gloria HerrmannThis was such a bitter sweet read for me. My very first ARC and review was with Loving Liam, the first in the Cloverleaf series. Honestly, the books just kept getting better and better. I wasn't expecting to fall in love as much as I did with Daniel, but it happened anyway. The author did a great job of telling Daniels story, all while keeping us updated on the other siblings and family members lives. A close knit family it would be impossible to not want to know what they are up to!Daniel finds himself longing for the love each of his siblings have found, and questioned when or even if it will happen. A few dates in with Nina and he soon realizes it's not her, but her sister he's been searching for.Although these books are small town clean romance, Gloria did an amazing job showing us the passion between Daniel and Hannah. I was so drawn in with this book, I found myself biting my lip and crying when one of the siblings winds up in the hospital and has a scare. The emotions and love the family have for one another is one that I think all would envy.I am so sad to see this series end, and hope that perhaps there will be more!5 <3 <3 <3 <3

I needed this book. I craved this book.I had to know what happened to the incredible O'Brien family. We'd watched while Daniel's amazingly sweet brothers Liam & Patrick found their place and their women and got their happily ever after. We met Maggie who suffered before finding the her place back home in Birch Valley with her loving husband and the family down the road. Now it was Daniel's turn. And I for one couldn't wait to make sure Daniel got his happily ever after. And Gloria didn't disappoint.Daniel O'Brien was so desperate to find someone who made his heart race, to have someone to hold, to have someone to love just like the rest of the O'Brien's. So he dates the wrong girl. The one who throws herself at him. And it takes him longer than he'd like to admit to see past her to her shy, younger sister. The sister who has been brought up believing that no one would ever want her. This book was exactly what I hoped it would be. Gloria has quickly become one of my favourite author's who's work I get my hands on as quickly as possible.Filled with the whole O'Brien clan, complete with pregnant women, frustrated men and the lovable matriarch Mary's constant baking - making your mouth water with every muffin.

I think this might be my favorite of the Cloverleaf series. I've adored Daniel from the first book and that affection just kept growing. In the last installment for this series, Daniel learns that it's not about finding someone, unless she's the right one. Hannah, the hard-working oldest daughter born into a Russian family, has been more surrogate mother than daughter or sister ever since her mother died when she was 14. She's basically raised her sister Nina (but she can't be blamed with how she turned out). She's started to wonder if she'll ever have a husband and family of her own or if she's born just to work alongside her father and keep the family fed. The instant she meets the youngest O'Brien boy, she's smitten but Nina, seeing her sister is interested, instantly makes advances to him... Oh well, that's that, she thinks. Daniel has secretly longed for what his siblings have found...his own love story. When the gorgeous Nina asks him out, he thinks maybe this'll be it but is it all a game to her? This is an adorable book watching Daniel fall in love and checking in on our favorite family.

It was super awesome meeting Daniel in this 4th book by Gloria! I did find him super charming and easy to love. I was talking to the girls in Gloria's Facebook page and I simply have to say that as Daniel was coming into his own, I still fell totally head over heels with Patrick again. I recommend starting with Liam and loving this family from the beginning of the story for the O’Brien crew. You don't know what you are missing not meeting get his family. It is a great romance that I will always remember! Gloria you did a fabulous job with this book and the ones before it and I can not wait for more from you!

Loved, loved, loved this book. This was my fourth visit to the Cloverleaf Series and each time I fell in love with them all more. Daniel story was beautifully written about him wanting to find love like his older siblings have and his parents have. The connection between him and Hannah is truly lovely. We also find out what the rest of the family have been up to. Hoping there is more to come in this amazing series. Would highly recommend to others as a beautifully written romance series.

I just love the O'Brien family, each couple had such great stories and I'm so happy Daniel got his happily ever after. Each of the couple had issues to overcome and Daniel found what he was looking for standing right in front of him, he just had to look a little more than the false wrapping around him. Looking forward to the next fabulous by Gloria Herrmann and thanks for the fun adventures
