    This book has a good staple of recipes to get started on the Vegan diet. I don't care for the high use of tofu and other soy products in the recipes. However, overtime I have leaned to use coconut milk, coconut meat and/or coconut yogurt instead of the soy products.

    Not crazy about the title and I'm not a committed vegan, but this book is a good place to start if you want to eliminate or reduce the animal products in your diet and cooking. I have to avoid soy and don't care for meat substitutes in general, but I still found some great recipes that I go back to over and over again.

    Not a single recipe in this book that intrigued me . . . and most of them add a ton of oils. Not exactly plant-strong.
