Apocalyptic Fears II is a collection of 12 tales of the world after things fall apart. The 11 authors featured in this box set are at the top of their game in the indie and small press world, with an assortment of stories of what the world might be like after devastating war, alien invasion, and other assorted tragedies. I’ve already read several of these tales individually, and liked them, but it was nice to have them all together in one place for the time when I feel like binging. It was a treat to re-read such stories as ‘And then There Were Giants,’ by Greg Dragon. This collection of extremely tall tales is a great read for fans of the genre. There is something for every taste, including a zombie western.Don’t miss out.

This collection of dystopian/apocalyptic fiction is a mixed bag. I enjoyed the stories by Al K Line, Rebecca Rode, R V Doon, Glynn James, Saul Tanpepper, and David Estes enough to read the sequels. The others I either didn't finish or had had enough when I completed the initial story. Rating: 3 stars.

I liked the first collection, but this one sucks. It's almost all YA novels, and not even very good ones. I've bailed on four of the first six, and I'm quitting. Not worth even trying to read the rest of it at that rate.

An outstanding mix of novellas and novels. The action in most of these stories is intense, chilling and quite great reading. Authors include David Vandyke, of the Reapers collection as well as other gifted writers. Quite simply one hell of a great read from front to back !!
