I read this book back in 2006 and remembered really liking it. I'm rereading it now because I want to read Fate Of Camelot and want to remember what happens before.I did not remember much of this book while reading it the second time around. I can say that I absolutely LOVED it. I have always' had a fascination of anything to do with King Arthur, Excalibur, Camelot, the knights of the round table and so forth. This had all that and so much more. The story kept me interested the whole time. The love between King Arthur, Lancelot and Gwenhwyfar was done really well. Let's not forget Nimue the Lady Of The Lake who also loved Arthur and he her. Throw in Morgana, Arthur's evil sister and Medraut Arthur and Morgana's evil son and you have one heck of a story. There was a lot of love scenes through out this book. I wish they would have been done just a bit hotter but they were good enough to satisfy me.I'm not sure if you could call the ending of this book a HEA or not. Some of it was happy but I wished the story could have gone on a bit further and wrapped thing up a little better. Let us know exactly what happened to Arthur, Nimue, Gwenhwyfar, Lancelot and also Morgana and Medraut. I'm planning to read the next book Fate Of Camelot and I hope when I do that it wraps this story up.If your considering reading this book, don't let my thoughts on the ending stop you or you will have missed a fantastic story.

Hmmmm, not sure what to say about this. I love the Arthurian legends, I'm not so much of a naive romantic to want to believe that Guinevere was always faithful to Arthur. As nice as that may be to think, the legends were never really known for her faithfulness. This was an interesting take on her side of the story. While Arthur was off being a king and the winner of the wars, Guinevere needed to entertain herself somehow. And in doing so she fell in love with a knight.

I don't really care what many reviewers are saying. I really enjoyed Camelot's Destiny and coming from someone that doesn't read romance often, that is saying a hell of a lot. My plans were to give this book a high 4 star rating but due to negative reviews I read that I believe are unwarranted, I am adding another star.I was given a copy of this book in exchange for my honest reiew. Hey, Mickey, I liked it!

This was a VERY good book suprisingly. Puts a neat twist on King Arthur and the knights of the round table. Not a cheesey romance novel (alright some parts were) but also had more to offer the reader.

What is it with me reading all these HORRABLE romance novels all of a sudden? UGH!This book is bastardized version of the Mists of Avalon. Don't read it if you like Arthurian legends, Romance Novel, or being literate.

Not exactly the most complex of the Arthurian novels, but I absolutely adore her take on Lancelot/Guinevere.

This was a vey complex and tragic story. I felt for all the characters and the predicaments they were all in. It was a good read.
