☆ I received an ARC via Give Me Books in exchange for an honest review. Thank you! ! ☆3.75 stars!Bellissimo Fortuna was all in all a good read, although, there was one incident that I did not particularly sit well with. It kind of just irked me with Bronson of how that particular person would know of that info about Callie and how it was used as a kicker against Callie as well. Such a douche move, although luckily, it was just a minor inconsequential detail in the book. That all said, I really loved the backdrop of the story. As a fangirl of mafia themed romances, Bronson and Callie’s love develops at an early age and blossoms into something more. But as I said, this is a mafia read, their budding affections are put through the ultimate test and back burner--- as power, deceit, and dubious agendas play a big role in their unraveling— will both Bronson and Callie be able to stand testament against devious sets of plans and stances pitted so strongly in tearing them apart? How will it pan out for these young lovers? Can they get they get their second chance at romance? For a HEA with one another? Read and you will find out!#After all, all's fair in love and war in the mafia world!

3 1/2 starsI felt the beginning dragged and finally picked up about 60% through. I felt that everything wrapped up quick and Bronson didn't suffer enough....Ok read I will read the next because Dakota and Bianca's story sounds interesting.

ARC provided for an honest reviewFirst I will say that Leigh Ann has stepped out of her "norm" and written a Mafia based story that rocked! We are given just enough back story to understand the characters and their Mafia families. Callie and Bronson have loved each other since they were kids and when a decision has to be made or lose Callie forever, Bronson doesn't think twice. Their journey isn't an easy one. With Mafia parents - there is bound to be obstacles that stand in the way. You live with lies and deceit and death. And although this book doesn't depict the normal "Mafia" stuff like murder and guns etc in the fore front..... you know it's there. Loyalties are tested and Callie must make a life changing decision. You will get a few OMG moments.... and a few tears. This story is full of emotions, suspense, angst and love. We get dual POV's that flow easy. We are left wanting more. Will these two ever get their HEA or will the business that their families are in keep them apart. I am blown away Leigh Ann at your ability to step outside your comfort zone and write a story that flows and pulls us in. One that is beautiful, yet dark in a "not in your face" kind of way. Bravo! Another Top Fave! <3

I received this story in advance for my honest review. This story is very amazing Leigh Ann! This story starts out at a young age for Bronson and Callie. There parents are in the Mafia. Callie's life is very complicated because her dad wanted a son not a daughter. He treats her terribly all the time. He never wants her around. She spends most days over at Bronson's house with his family and his sister and Callie are best friends. Callie has loved Bronson since she was little. She always thought she would marry him. One day her dad say she is marrying another man. This sets off terrible events to start happening. After Bronson lays claim to Callie. Callie's father is very mean he doesn't want her with Bronson. So he changes her name moves her and no one knows where she is. She is determined to get back to Bronson's family but she has no way of doing so without getting caught by her dad. Can she get the information to Bronson that he needs to bring her dad down? Will she be able to ever see them again and tell her side of what happened to her and why she left like she did? Is there going to be a happy ever after ending? This story has suspense, love, lies and murder. But it all flows so well together that you won't regret reading this amazing story. This is a must read it's an excellent read!! I highly recommend this book it's amazing and I have to say Leigh Ann wrote such a kick ass story it was hard not to read all at once. I would give it more than 5 stars but they only give us 5. Thank you for allowing me to read this early I absolutely loved it!!

Reviewed by: AkeishaI received an ARC in exchange for an honest reviewI don't think Leigh Ann Lunsford will ever write a book that I won't like. Bellissimo Fortuna was a good and suspenseful story. This author always makes you believe in love and leaves you with a lesson learned. In this case, I learned some Italian words even though I might have murdered the pronunciations. Seeing these characters fall in love from a young age and finding their way around external obstacles was well done. Callie and Bronson always had feelings for each other. It took one event for Bronson to finally man up and state his feelings. I loved that Bronson was protective, loving and even though he tried to hide his emotions we could still see how raw and intense his love was. My heart broke for Callie. A young girl living in a household that was dark and filled with nothing but hate she finds comfort in her best friend's Bianca home. I was counting down the days until she could take herself away from her situation.Leigh Ann kept me guessing, at the egde of my seat and biting my nails constantly. Twist, turns you name it, Bellissiomo Fortuna had it all.Overall, another good book by Leigh Ann. I would admit the only reason this isn't a 5 star for me was because it took me a while to get into the story and find that connection with the characters. When I did fall in love with the main characters I fell hard.P.S. What an ending. A must read!!!!

I was given an ARC to read and review directly from the author. Bellissimo Fortuna is a contemporary romance with some suspense thrown in thanks to the mafia storyline. It's also a second chance romance. The book is written in three parts and is in dual POV. The relationship and love between Bronson and Callie is sweet and pure and is the first thing you encounter while reading. Leigh Ann has done a great job providing their backstory to allow the reader to connect and fall in love with them. Because of the life Bronson and Callie are born into, they are thrust into some troubling, heartbreaking times. Times in which they must fight to stay together. There is a moment, one I won't go into detail of, that had me screaming and wanting to contact the author to vent. I didn't but if you're a fan of Lunsford's books you know that this is a normal reaction. I truly enjoyed this book. The suspense portion of the story kicks off in the middle of the books and had me turning page after page, not wanting to stop reading. This was a quick, enjoyable read.

Leigh Ann Lunsford has quickly became a favorite author for me. Belllissimo Fortuna was amazing, captivating, emotional, raw, and I loved it! Callie and Bronson didn't choose the life they live but were born into it. There are so many obstacles in their path that sometimes I wondered how they had the strength to face them all and still be alive on the other side. Love conquers all, but when Callie is forced to make a choice that could break the bond between her and Bronson for good, will she choose right? Will she sacrifice what they have to save him and everyone she loves? You do not want to miss this one. It's very well written. The characters are well developed and you can't help but love most of them. You get sucked into the story from the very beginning and feel as if you are living this story out with them. I didn't want it to end and now I want to know more about some of the other characters! You will not be disappointed! If there was a way to give more than 5 stars, you bet I would!

*4.5 StarsBellissimo Fortuna (Beautiful Fortune) (The Family Trilogy Book #1) by Leigh Ann Lunsford is the first book in what appears to be a promising new series. This was the first book that I have read by this author and I have to say, I was very impressed. When I read the synopsis on Bellissimo Fortuna, I was instantly intrigued. The story focused on Bronson and Callie and wow, it was a roller coaster ride to say the least. When I say that I sat on the edge of my seat, literally holding my breath a times, and yes, also feeling like my heart was in my throat, that was exactly how I felt from start to finish. Their story was full of twist and turns some, some that I did NOT see coming and I thoroughly enjoyed it all. When the story starts out we meet Callie, Bronson and Bianca, Bronson’s sister and Callie’s best friend and let me tell, I immediately was drawn to these characters. Now let’s add in the very delicious Dakota and BAM, you have got a group that I am totally enthralled with! I absolutely loved their bond, their friendship, I just loved everything about the four of them. As a reader, I could “feel” their love, their loyalty, it was beautiful and pure. I could also see and feel the love that started to branch out from friendship and into something deeper between Bronson and Callie and it was played out perfectly.Callie for the first half of the book for me was a bit on the weaker side and I was on the fence with how I felt about her. Bronson on the other hand was oh so damn swoony, I was in love! Now, come the halfway mark, I really started to connect with Callie and I actually came to truly love her as a strong, independent and beautiful woman that she was becoming. This girl did not have a good childhood, it was downright heartbreaking what she went through but wow, the author took this broken girl from the start of this story and created the perfect heroine for me. Callie had some “surprises” and I was completely shocked at the “big” twist or shall I say the ace up her sleeve, I did NOT see that coming and I LOVED it:) Callie made some very, very difficult decisions and although I sort of understood why, I just didn’t like those decisions either when it came to Bronson.Bronson, ok, yes I loved him at the start but then midway, hmmmm, his character took a slight turn for me and I couldn’t quite connect with him. I guess, I was really disappointed in him and his decisions and YET, I did get why he acted and felt the way he did, he had good reason. I also found it quite hard to “like” him at times, yep, he was doing and saying some pretty tough things and the way he treated Callie……I could have punched his lights out. I would have to say that my half star deduction definitely was more about the middle of the book, the path that their relationship went down was just, ehhhh for me, I didn’t particularly like it personally and although it did truly go with the storyline, for me, I wanted a slightly different path and you know that’s just my feelings and maybe because my heart could barely take it at one point is why I am feeling the way I do, lol.By the end of this story, I was starting to breathe normal again, lol, because this was so full of unexpected twists and angst for me and I really enjoyed where Callie and Bronson ended up. By the end, I loved Bronson and Callie and loved the path they were now starting down together and I truly hope and want desperately to get so much more of them in the future books. This story had it all, romance, suspense, mystery, twists and turns, it had sexy and it had heartbreak and I am not going to lie, I was emotionally spent once I finished, in a really good way. The writing was very good, the storyline flowed fairly seamlessly but it skipped ahead quite a bit in the timeline. Bronson and Callie had a long road ahead of them with all the “family” obstacles that they were facing so I do understand and do appreciate the timeline moving fairly quickly because as a reader I don’t want to be inundated with trivial “fluff” and/or fillers in the story, I enjoy getting down with the meat and potatoes and this story did just that! Now, the very last couple of pages which was a set-up for Bianca’s story next, can I say that the conversation between Bronson and Dakota, OMG, I had to go back and re-read it, I felt like I just got punched hard in the stomach, I couldn’t breathe. I was floored and I have to say, my heart literally “hurt” and my first thought was oh gosh, I don’t know if I can read their story, lol, BUT I HAVE to with that revelation!!!!! I honestly am not sure what is going to happen with this group and yes, I am almost afraid to find out but wow, talk about a nail biter ending! Why only 4.5 and not 5 stars well, this was a story that I started out liking a lot but then I found myself a bit disappointed in some of their decisions (my own personal feelings) but yet this story also “grew” on me too as the days went by. It is definitely one of those stories that stays with you, one that you may not have been completely in love with when you finished but you liked it more and more, each time you thought about it and this was THAT type of story for me! I finished this book before I went to bed and I did not sleep a wink. Honestly, I couldn’t get this story out of my head all night for many reasons, all of them good, but nonetheless, my head was spinning. This story was very intense at times, super emotional and just downright beautiful as well and I felt like I had run a marathon when I finished so with that being said, this author has now gotten my attention. I am officially a fan of this author and yes, I will definitely be continuing with this series for sure even if that means I am in for another edge of my seat, nail biting read, lol! If you enjoy your romance mixed with suspense, mystery, drama, and angst then pick up this book, you won’t regret it!

What a great story and a bit of a difference from the other books I have read by this author. I am a fan of hers I have enjoyed all her books and look forward to the ones I have yet to read. While this story has a mafia based family line it isn't all violence and action, there is a love story here. It is filled with heartache , angst and distance BUT there is a bit of happiness mixed in along the way and well you will just have to read to find out how it ends !!I am always hooked by childhood love , childhood family/friendship bonds that either lose their way and reconnect or have their happiness and then have a major struggle to overcome just when you think they are solid. I won't tell you which kind this is but there is the childhood love storyline here !! Bronson has always had a thing for Callie. She may be his sisters best friend but he doesn't think of her as a sister or a friend. He has just been waiting for her to be of age since he is 2 years older. Callie has been infatuated with Bronson forever and she is actually shocked when the time comes and he jumps into action. Bianca and Bronson may be from a mafia family but their parents have always shown them love , loyalty and honesty. Callie has had the horrible upbringing with a mother who drinks her life away and a horrible controlling and scary father. The families at one time had been close but Callie's father is power hungry and making some moves that are looking to be troublesome. The Agosto family is in power and Frank Locati is not happy doing as he is told. Finding ways to keep Callie away from the Agosto's is his new fave pastime and I was on edge every time she went home or had to deal with her dad. You didn't really know when but you knew at some point it was going to hit the fan. Between the prologue , the synop and the events leading to the moment poor Callie suffered a great deal and made the only decision she thought to be right. Time passed by fast in this book at times. We didn't get a lot of them suffering while apart until the major twist came around. When Callie and Bronson's separate plans finally come to a head will they be able to forgive , forget and move on ?? Will callie's choices and Bronson's new horrible attitude ruin what they had ?? Can this one piece of info , this one love save them and reunite the whole family ?? Great story and I honestly would love some Dakota and Bianca. They seem fun filled and angsty !!

This story shows what it's like to grow up in mafia families. It goes from one extreme to the other. The family who cares and the one with greed for power, no matter the cost. Bronson is the son of the mob boss. It's a very close knitted family with complete devotion for one another. Callie is the daughter of the underboss who is governed by greed and treats his wife and daughter in the most despicable ways. Callie's escape is her best friend Bianca, Bronson's sister. They have grown up together and there has always been a strong chemistry between Bronson and Callie. Bronson is biding his time to reveal his feelings for Callie but when she overhears a conversation between her father and one of his henchmen, she is devastated and runs to Bianca for comfort. Bronson steps in and declares what he has always felt for Callie and they are both over the moon. Callie's father is not to be thwarted and doesn't give up on his plans. Just when everything appears to be going smoothly for Callie and Bronson, tragedy strikes! This on its own puts a strain on their relationship but Callie's father doesn't stop there. He is determined to break them up and puts pressure on Callie, where she is left with very little choice. From then on, everything goes from bad to worse and there doesn't appear to be any light at the end of the tunnel for this young and madly in love devoted couple. Will Callie's father's actions destroy their love completely or will they find their way back to each other? I admire Callie's strength of character and how she is prepared to risk everything to protect Bronson. Bronson's resentment and anger towards her intensify because of the decision she makes and they are left with what looks like a no win situation. To make matters worse, Callie has more unexpected news! The twists throughout the story make this a compelling read where the emotions are very palpable. I received this ARC from the publisher via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

Review from Abibliophobia Anonymous Book ReviewsLeigh Ann Lunsford has become one of my go to authors. I have loved every book of hers. And I now love this one too. This book is a bit different from her previous books. I didn’t need a full box of Kleenex to get through it. I believe this is the first book of hers that didn’t have me crying. I still teared up at one point, but no tears actually fell. Callie Locati is sixteen when this story starts. Her father, Frank, is the underboss for the Agosto Crime Family. Her best friend is Bianca Agosto, and she’s in love with Bronson, Bianca’s older brother. Her father is a major jerk. And he’s up to something. He will use his only child to get it too. He promised her to Marco, who is seven years older than she is. Bronson is the son of the Boss. He is eighteen when this story starts. He’s always wanted Callie, but, she was too young. That is until he finds out about Marco. All bets are off then. She is his! These two go through a lot. But they do really love each other. “Our father’s sins aren’t ours but we continue to battle them and are cut by them.”That quote basically sums up everything in this book. Callie has some tough decisions to make throughout this book. She puts everyone she loves about herself.I love all these characters. There was a section I wanted to slap Bronson and yell at him to get his head out of his ass!“Love may conquer all, but if the person you love doesn’t want to climb those uphill battles with you, then it’s not worth it. You can open your heart, bleed out and offer them your life, but until they are willing to sew up the gash you are bleeding out of and mend the past scars, it’s just another step in life, not the merging of two paths.”Now I want Dakota’s story!

Leigh Ann Lunsford is the diabolical queen of mean! She ripped my heart out, set it on fire, and then stomped on it while putting out the fire in Bellissimo Fortuna. I know it's always coming, albeit in new forms, but I will NEVER EVER stop reading her books because her writing is kindle crack.Bronson Agosto is the very sexy, fierce, and loyal son of a crime boss, and every girl's dream. However, he only has eyes for one girl, and willing to do any and everything in his power, to protect her. Beautiful, naive, damaged Callie Locati, is the daughter of the underboss. She has loved Bronson as long as she can remember, and in turn, has his whole heart. She would give up everything to keep him safe. Her father is very abusive, and doesn't want her with Bronson, as he's promised her to one of his evil minions for help with his dark deeds. Is Callie and Bonson's bond strong enough to win over the forces at work trying to keep them apart?Holy new level of awesome Batman! This book is freakin EPIC! Leigh Ann Lunsford went beyond her normal greatness with this amazing story. She has serious talent in leaving me with a such a severe book hangover that I want to cuss her out half the time Her character development was out of this world FANTASTIC, and I feel like they are a part of me now. Her sheer brilliant writing style never ceases to amaze me, and every book reaches a new level of brilliance. The emotional ride I was taken on, left me exhausted, with big ugly tears still present. By the end, I found myself plotting a road trip, so I could sit on her porch waiting for my next fix. CANNOT WAIT for the next book, and 5 stars will NEVER EVER be a big enough rating. The level I recommend Bellissimo Fortuna is so HIGH, it borders on the love I feel for Peyton Manning! Do yourself a solid, and READ THIS BOOK NOW

I received an ARC for an honest review.I have loved every one of Leigh Ann Lunsford books. When I saw she was writing a mob book I was super excited and couldn’t wait to get my hands on it. Bellissimo Fortuna was such a beautiful story. There were parts when I wanted to yell and then there were parts when I wanted to hug the main characters. The story was very well written and easy to follow. I didn’t want it to end. I also could not put it down. I wanted to know what was going to happen next. It’s a real page turner. Bellissimo Fortuna follows Bronson and Callie who have like/loved each other there who life. Bronson grew up protecting Callie and his sister. He is the Mob bosses son and is conflicted what to do with is life. In the beginning he wants to work with the DEA which would put him against his dad. I loved his dad he only wants what best for his children and he wants them to follow what they want to do. I loved Bronson’s character so much. He is easily a top competitor for book boyfriend.Callie comes from a messed up family. Her dad is the bad guy in this story and you end up hating him so much throughout the whole book. She loves Bronson and wants to be with him. I loved her character. She had such a fight to live. She has so much love for Bronson and his family. She was a very likable character. The whole book flowed pretty well. There was anything I didn’t like about it. There is a HEA which I loved. I can’t wait to read more from Leigh Ann Lunsford. I know I won’t be disappointed when it comes to her books. I highly recommend this book to anyone who loves romance with action and suspense.

"Hey, handsome. Looking for someone?""Nah, I found the perfect girl when I was eight. I've been waiting on her to notice me.""She must need glasses. If the spot becomes available, holla."Ahhh Callie and Bronson are so stinking cute! I love their relationship. They have known each other their whole lives. She is best friends with his little sister and each has secretly harbored feelings for the other since they were children. When Callie is threatened to be married off by her father; Bronson steps in and claims her. How very barbarian and so so hot!It is Bronson's dream to leave the family and make a respectable life for himself and Callie.Looking down at her face, I know I would kill for her. I would put that on my conscience to keep her safe... What kind of man does that make me? Everything about this life I find myself capable of doing... for her. But, mafia life is anything but predictable and life's plans get taken waaaaay off course. Around the middle of the book things really pick up and I could not put it down. My heart!!!! Ahhhh The suspense.. the pain.. the feels. I just loved it! The reason for four stars instead of 5 is just that the beginning was a little slow paced for my liking. That being said, it is well worth it to get to the good stuff! Another great novel by Leigh!!! I can't wait to read book 2!The thing about dreams is, no matter how many you achieve they aren't worth anything if the person you envisioned by your side is no longer there.

I'm not sure I can put into words how much I love this book but I will try. This book is so emotionally raw and beautiful that you truly feel what the characters are going through. You see them during the best, worst and lonely times. The mafia can normally tear families apart as seen in this book but somehow they battle through all the bad stuff and have a happy ending. Bronson is a true gentleman and steps up in such a great way. He has control like no man I know and is willing to wait for his love. He shows his temper when needed and follow his dream which is a good thing, considering what happens with the family. Callie, has had a hard life. Her dad is complete d**k and treats her life garbage. He wanted a boy to carry on the family business but instead got Callie. He controls everything she does but lets her hang with Bronson and Bianca. She has been in love with Bronson her entire life but has never acted on it until she was 16. He was willing to change his plans for her but she put her foot down. When they finally get together, he is the perfect gentlemen, does everything right and spoils her rotten. Her dad however is not please and conspires a plan of action to tear them apart. In true Mafia form, things get ugly fast but regardless of all that, it does have a happy ending and the bad guys go down in the end. This by far is Leigh Ann's best book to date and one of my top favorites of the year. It's such a remarkable book. I seriously loved this book! I want to read it again and again!

I received an ARC in exchange for an honest opinion.Bronson Agosto is the son of a crime boss. He and his sister Bianca have parents that care about them very much. Callie Locata is best friends with Bianca and has a really bad family life. Her father is second in command to Bronson and Bianca's father.Callie has practically grown up at the Agosto's and is treated like family. She has always cared about Bronson since she can remember and she isn't sure but Bronson feels the same about her.Callie's father (sperm donor) is just evil. He doesn't care about anyone but himself and power. His need for power will change everyone's life though. Will Callie and Bronson find each other?I liked this story. It is told by Bronson and Callie's view in alternating chapters.Bronson and sister Bianca are really good kids despite their fathers line of work. Their parent's are good parents and care about their future. Callie's father is anything but a good father. Her mother has suffered physical abuse and lives in a world of alcohol and drugs. That's the way she survives. The man would turn against anyone or use them to get what he wants. Callie is damaged because of the way she has been treated by him but she is also a good kid and wants a future for herself and Bronson.Bronson is a good guy and has plans to become a federal agent. All he wants to do is get through school and training and for Callie to reach legal age so he can get her away from her family.Decisions are made from the goodness of the heart that could ruins their lives....Good read!

I received a copy of this book for an honest review. Well since I’m being honest I read Bellissimo Lotto first. Oops. Now with that confession out of the way, I didn’t have a problem reading them in the wrong order as long as you don’t read book 3 first. Now for the juicy stuff. This series is one of the best I have read in a very long time. It follows the Agosto children Bronson and Bianca from the time they are kids. If follows their first loves and their family. Bronson has been in love with Callie, Bianca’s best friend, practically from the moment they met at the age of 5 and 7. He doesn’t act on his love until Callie comes to him and Bianca and tells him that her father (a man I have no nice words for) has decreed she will be married to one of his friends. The problem, she’s 16. Bronson goes to his father and asks for help… Oh did I mention that their father is head of the Agosta crime family and Callie’s father is one of his underlings. Mr. Agosta steps in and announces that Bronson has made his intentions known and the two will be married. This sets off a chain of events that will blow your mind. I cried. Yup, tears streaming by the end of this book. This is a book about love, both lost and found and the strength of a family that really loves each other. It is really too bad that I could only give this book 5 stars. It was amazing. Very rarely will books move me like that.

This is such a beautiful love story! Bronson and Callie grew up together, their fathers part of the mafia. Callie's father is the underboss to the boss which is Bronson's father. Callie's father is power hungry and treats Callie horrible because she wasn't born a boy. At the age of 16 she finds out her father is promising her to a man that is one of his associates and is 7 years older than her. She runs to tell her best friend Bianca, Bronson's sister, and she in turn tells Bronson. He has been in love with Callie and has been waiting till she is older to let her know how he feels, but with this recent event, he goes to his father to let him know that he wants Callie promised to him. It is done, but Callie's father is angry. Bronson wants to protect her from her father and he is so loving and tender with her. Bronson is 2 years older and will be going to college soon and he worries how he will be able to keep protecting her. Things with Callie's father escalate once she is closer to her high school graduation. Callie's father is an evil man full of deceit. He will stop at nothing to threaten Callie. Events unfold and Callie has to make a crucial decision that will affect her and Bronson's relationship. Ms. Lunsford has this story so intriguing, that I couldn't put it down. Love, suspense, intrigue, angst, this book will wrap you up. Surprising twists and you won't be disappointed! An ARC was provided in exchange for an honest review.

**** April's Review **** 5 Dreams and ScreamsI received Bellissimo Fortuna written by Leigh Ann Lundsford from Dreams and screams Bookaholics for an honest review The fierce, good-looking, loyal, son of a crime boss, Bronson Agosto is what every girl dreams of. He is devoted to one girl and willing to do everything in his power to ensure her safety. Beautiful, trusting, damaged, daughter of the underboss, Callie Locati has Bronson’s heart. She gave herself to him when they were kids and will sacrifice all she is to protect him. Divided by the greed of one of the most trusted members of the familia, a father’s sins, and secrets kept, they struggle to overcome the obstacles life has thrown their way. Is Bronson and Callie's bond strong enough to conquer the forces trying to keep them apart? Is a father’s betrayal more than their love can survive? Will the family secrets ruin them or will their devotion stand the test of time? I truly enjoyed this book. The suspense had me turning page after page, not wanting to stop reading. This was a quick, enjoyable read. You could feel the chemistry between Callie and Bronson before they became who they are now. I am so glad that this was the first book that I have read by Leigh Ann. The book is written amazing and it kept you wanting more and more of them. If you haven't read Bellissimo Fortuna then you need to. It is well worth a 10 star but I can only give it a 5.

Wow. I keep reading Leigh Ann's books and keep saying this is my favorite of hers and then she releases a new one. I can no longer pick which one of her books is my favorite. I love them all. Belllissimo Fortuna was captivating and emotional and I absolutely loved it. It is a well written story that is not over powered by your typical mob stories. Bronson and Callie were the perfect main characters. I am so in love with themCallie didn't have the best relationship with her father and felt like she was a constant disappointment to him. She grew up in a home that was gloomy and provided no comfort. Callie found peace with her best friend, Bianca and spent a lot of time with Bianca's family. Callie has been in love with Bianca's brother Bronson for a long time. I absolutely love Bronson. He grew up protecting Callie and Bianca. He is the son of a Mob boss and struggles with what he wants to do with his life. Callie and Bronson always had feelings for each other. Will Bronson finally man up?Bellissimo Fortuna is about betrayal, friendship, love and starting over. Will the relationship of Callie and Bronson be destroyed by their families or will they overcome the secrets and build a future together?"The thing about dreams is, no matter how many you achieve they aren't worth anything if the person you envisioned by your side is no longer there."I need more!!!!!

I have been fan of Leigh Ann's writing ever since reading Brise, which was a top read for me last year. Her writing is beautiful and takes you on a journey with a lot of emotion. I was immediately sucked into the world of Callie, Bronson, and Bianca. I always enjoy a book about the mob life but this took a spin in writing about the children who grow up with their dads involved but are pretty much sheltered from the inner workings. They are not naive but struggle with wanting to get out of the life but don't want to be a disappointment, especially Bronson and Bianca who have a father and mother who show them nothing but unconditional love and support for what they want out of life. Quickly we find out this is not the case with Callie and the only reason she pushes on is because of the love and friendship she has not only from Bronson and Bianca but from their parents as well. Callie lives in her own personal hell that ends up having serious ramifications for all those involved with her. Leigh Ann has written a tale that takes you through everything life has to offer: friendship and unwavering love then she brings in the other side with deceit and hatred. Can these three with the help of their friend Dakota come out of the events without losing the one thing that makes them whole? All I can say is that no one in this story comes out unscathed.

The love story between Bronson and Callie will have you on one heck of a ride. It begins when they are kids and follows them through their struggle of living as members of a mafia family. From the time that they are kids, Bronson promises to always protect Callie. Bronson was the guy that every girl wants – the protector, the best friend and the alpha hot male. I fell in love with Bronson. Then Ms. Lunsford wrote a twist that totally blew me away, and I fell out of love with him because he turned into a jerk. I was heartbroken because he was my hero lol. Thank God I fell in love with him again by the end, because I was mad. I even went so far as to send a message to the author asking “what the heck?”This story is amazing and so different from anything Ms. Lunsford has written before! There are a lot of twists in the story – at least once, I thought it was going one way and it went in a totally different direction. It has everything I love in a great book, romance, suspense and hot sex. Boy, she can write some amazingly hot scenes. Kudos to Ms. Lunsford for hitting it out of the park with this one.Reviewed for East Coast Book Chicks by Denise. ECBC was provided a copy of this book in exchange for a review.

Leigh Ann Lunsford manages to drag you into her writing as if you are experiencing all of the emotions that her characters are. Bronson is my new favorite book boyfriend. This is going to be a great new series from Leigh Ann Lunsford. Bronson is the sexy loyal son of a crime boss yet he wants to join the DEA. Oh boy can you can conflicts? Callie is the beautiful trusting, innocent daughter of the underboss. Callie and Bronson grew up together creating a strong bond. Bronson wants to make Callie his future but he's sowing his oats and allowing her to grow up first. Something very dramatic happens and Bronson has risen step up now and be the man that Callie needs. Leigh Ann Lunsford takes her readers on a the epic journey ofthese two soul mates. Of course it wouldn't be a Leigh Ann book without a little angst, heart ache, and emotional turmoil. Bellissimo Fortuna doesn't have a much of those elements are her more recent releases but there's enough to make you love the story. I just loved this story and the journey these two took while fighting to stay true to what the mean to eachother. 1-click this book because it's so worth the read. Once again Leigh Ann Lunsford has a amazing story for her readers.

Great story but I didn't expect anything less from this author. I loved Bronson and Callie's story, I was sucked in and couldn't put my kindle down until I read the very last word. Callie is a fearless, strong girl, she has lived her whole life fighting to be happy. I felt her need to be accepted and loved, she is one of strongest people to live the life she was handed. Bronson, dang, Bronson flipped my switch on him a few times. But in the end he had his reasons, he's human like the rest of us and I can only love him. Can two people love each other from day one and survive? That's their story, knowing their whole lives they were it for one another but love isn't like that. Love isn't easy and it's never kind, we have to fight and lose ourselves before we can truly appreciate and love one another with our whole heart. And Bronson and Callie learn this the hardest of ways. This story pulled all kinds of emotions out of me, I laughed, got so mad, felt so much joy and of course it wouldn't be a Leigh Ann Lunsford book without angst. This story was flawless, it just flowed from page to page with a bitter sweet story that had my heart in my throat. I can't wait to read more about the Agosto family.

**MAY CONTAIN SOME SPOILERS!**Bellissimo Fortune is the first book I have read by Leigh Ann Lunsford and I absolutely LOVED it. Such a complex story about living and growing up in the mob as well as a love story. So many choices aren't yours to make while living in the mob, but sadly is how real life is for a lot of people too. This is such a sweet love story where Bronson and Callie fell in love even before they really knew what love was and it lasted their entire life (well up until the book ends). They faced so many challenges to be together and had to overcome some pretty tough obstacles, including Callie's father. Who I'm so glad got what he deserved....just took too dang long. This book also teaches us that life isn't always easy and you have to fight for what you believe in or who you love and that sometimes you have to make some really tough decisions. Those tough decisions you have to make aren't always what you want either, but are sometimes necessary to protect the ones you love. I was so happy with the way Leigh Ann chose to end Bellissimo Fortune and I can't wait to see if there is a sequel coming.

I received an ARC via Give Me Books in exchange for an honest review. Thank you! ! Leigh Ann Lunsford wrote an amazing mafia family love story. I loved every minuet of this book. Bronson and Callie's story started early in their life. Their love was pure, and sweet like young love should be. They were both born into a lifestyle that caused them heartache and trouble. They fought so hard to stay together despite their lifestyle. This book has a great suspense to it with a mafia flair. I couldn't put it down once I started. It's about two people fighting to stay together. Love is not easy, kind, or simple. This is an emotional roller coaster for these two. Leigh Ann Lunsford outdid herself with this book. I truly enjoyed it from start to finish. If your looking for an outstanding, nonstop page turning book this is the book for you. It kept me on my toes and wanting more. I hope to get more on the Agosto family and where they went from here. AMAZING!!!!!! Is all I can say about Leigh Ann and her book.
