Loved it! Another awesome romance from author Rachael Anderson.Rachael is one of my favorite authors and this book is a good example of why. Spontaneous Sam's bucket list for the summer includes learning to ride a horse, riding a bull in a rodeo and having a fling with a cowboy. Stick in the mud cowboy Colton McCoy may not seem like a perfect match but when he sets out to help Sam with her bucket list these two opposites may have more in common than anyone thought. This book contains a wonderfully fun romantic story without any unneeded content. A squeaky clean read that I wholeheartedly endorse and highly recommend.Content: Squeaky CleanSource: Review copy in exchange for a review

I really enjoyed this one! I've been looking forward to this story for awhile now. I was excited when I saw that Rachael was writing a series, I love a series like this were we can see favorite characters get their own books and stay in the same setting that we fell in love with in the first book. Samantha has been a fun character in the previous books and I was excited to see her story. She is such a fun character, upbeat and positive. She's also driven and knows what she wants out of life and isn't afraid to go after it. Colton was a great leading man, I'm a sucker for cowboy stories and he fit the bill perfectly. He's drawn to Samantha right off the bat, there are a enough differences between them to keep things interesting, they balance each other well. I enjoyed their courtship and watching their relationship evolve. They have a few bumps along the way and its a fun trip along the way to their happily ever after. Overall, a fun contemporary romance. I enjoyed the characters and setting and catching up with past characters as well. I liked that the main focus was on Samantha and Colton, but we did get to see some old friends from past books. I liked that they didn't take over the story which can sometimes happen in series. A perfect summer read! This one is a new favorite for me! Sam(antha) is everything that I wish I could be, but I think I'm more like Colten. She's very spontaneous and full of life. After graduating from college, she has the summer off before she starts her new job in NYC and heads home to spend time with her family. After chauffeuring young Kajsa to a ranch, Sam sits down and makes a bucket list for the summer. What a FUN and creative list! I've tried to make a bucket list before and it just seems boring. Sam isn't afraid to try new things, but she is afraid from varying from her goals and lists. Her first meeting with Colten the cowboy is hilarious. Colten is much more serious and is content with his life just the way it is. Who needs adventure and fun to change things up? Definitely not him. Sometimes opposites really do attract and two people become a good balance for each other. I love the way their personalities really come to life throughout the story.I really loved the setting--a ranch in Colorado right during the summer! I love horses, but my youngest is the real horse lover in the family and Kajsa reminds me so much of her. I really enjoyed that aspect of the story--horses, training a wild mustang, ranch life, etc. There were so many moments that had me smiling, laughing out loud, and just feeling plain old happy. Of course, there were some hard times too, but for the most part, this story is sunshine and rainbows and highly recommended for any and all clean romance lovers!Content: clean kissing and nothing else of note.*I received a copy in exchange for an honest review*

I am always, always positively giddy when I get to read a new book by Rachael Anderson. She is one of my all time favorite authors. The way she writes just clicks with me and takes me right to my happy place. I've been looking forward to reading Sam's story from the beginning of this series. Sam is a fun loving, happy girl. She knows how to enjoy life but she also knows how to work hard and love well. She is someone I would like to be friends with. Colten is more like Sam than she thinks. He also is loyal and hard working. Not to mention handsome. There is just something about cowboys. The connection between Sam and Colten is fantastic. I liked how things progressed between them. It felt natural and normal. I bought into their relationship and felt personally invested in their outcome. It was also good to have characters from previous books around in this book. It really felt like settling in with old friends.I loved this book and I love this series. If you haven't had a chance to read it yet, you really should. It's fantastic clean romance.

Sweet fun readWhat a great addition to the Meet Your Match series by Rachel Anderson. Sam has always been such a fun, spunky addition to the books and I loved watching her grow. What fun to see her get her happily ever after too!I loved that the book took on more of a rural country feel and I adored the connection between characters. Colton and Sam's relationship is so fun and endearing. I loved that they were such opposites but yet perfect for each other at the same time. They complimented each other so well. This book was enjoyable from front to back. I'd highly recommend reading the series in order so you know the other characters, different relationships, personalities and how everyone fits together. Squeaky clean romance that would be okay for YA as well as adult. Mild kissingClean Romance

This is the third book in the series and this one was just as fantastic as the other two! We met Sam in the first book and she was lovable from the beginning so I was excited to read her story!Sam has been away at college and is back home for the summer before she heads to New York for her internship in the fall. She's worked hard and it's a dream come true for her. When she takes Kajsa to the ranch where she's working, she meets Colton. She's attracted to him right away and as they get to know each other, she becomes confused about what she really wants in life.Sam and Colton's first meeting was hilarious! It involved family drama and her "Summer Bucket List," which he got his hands on. That list continued to come up throughout the book and made for some funny and interesting conversations and adventures. Sam and Colton are so different from each other but balance each other out nicely. Sam is adventurous but does have her limits. Colton is more steady but is willing to make adjustments when he needs to. There's a lot of humor but also some serious parts as well. It was fun to read about the characters from the other two books and get updates on them. This is an entertaining book and an entertaining series and is definitely worth the read! I'm kind of sad to see it end but look forward to reading what Rachael Anderson comes up with next! I received a copy of this book to review. My opinion is 100% my own.Mel's Shelves

***4.5 Stars***Rachael Anderson has a great series going with Meet Your Match. I haved loved every single book in the series. Each is a stand alone. You do not need to read them in order to follow along, but I'm glad that I have read each of them.Sam loves to live life in the moment. She is daring, she makes bucket lists, she finds joy in every thing she does. Colton is happy on his family ranch. He doesn't do anything halfheartedly. He invests himself completely professionally, with his family, and romantically. The characters in this book are fantastic. I loved the interaction between Sam and Colton and how they loved and cherished their families. I don't think there was a character that I didn't like, except a co-worker at the end. But he is only there for a couple of minutes. The laughter started at the beginning when Sam makes a bucket list and it is discovered. Imagine explaining to an eleven year old what "summer fling" means. It gets better from there. This is a great book to take to the beach, or read on your deck with a tall glass of lemonade. :) It is clean with some mild kissing scenes.

I already knew Sam from the previous two books in this series. She was spunky and fun and the girls' favorite person outside their family, even though really she's become part of their family. I knew Sam would need her own happily-ever-after and I was excited to find out what that would be. There would have to be some twists and turns and some more serious moments, much against her usual personality, that would force her to take a good look at herself and her life. I also knew that whoever Sam met would have to balance her out while also allowing her to soar and be willing to fight for this girl full of life. I wasn't wrong. What was even more fabulous was how great the story was when Colten falls into Sam's life (although really it's the other way around) and how he turns her world upside down and the journey that inevitably follows. It was light while having some more serious and heartfelt moments, funny, romantic, full of family, and some sacrifices. It also had one of the best conclusions that I've ever read that made me want to laugh through the tears. Truly sweet. In case you couldn't already tell from this review, I loved Sam and Colten. Loved them! I loved that they weren't perfect or that they weren't the same. They definitely had their differences and sometimes those showed, but I loved how they compromised and found things they enjoyed together and things they enjoyed doing together regardless if they actually enjoyed what they were doing. They made each other happy just for the sake of that happiness. Of course they also had a few rough patches where they turned a little selfish or didn't understand. I wasn't quite sure how they would work things out, under the circumstances. Then the story was even more rich because of all the characters and families from the prior stories. It was like being around friends again. There was also a secondary story in the wild stallion that Colten brings home and, with the help of one little horse-loving girl, trains. That was a heartfelt, humorous, and sweet story all on its own.The romance was definitely prevalent, but there was no insta-love here. There also was more going on. Things that Sam and Colten had to make decisions about. Big decisions. There was also a lovely family dynamic. Getting back to the romance though... It was sweet. Intense in places. A little rough in others. Perfect.I'd highly recommend Stick in the Mud Meets Spontaneity for romance readers. It's for all of us who want to read a good, clean story that is sweetly rewarding, with an ending that makes you want to read it all over again. The first two books in the series are fabulous as well.Content: CleanSource: I received a complimentary copy from the tour host, which did not affect my review in any way.

Our adventurous Sam is home for the summer and is looking forward to doing lots of fun things before heading off to New York in the fall to start her new job. She decides to make a bucket list and can't wait to start checking things off! Colton is a very good-lookin cowboy who is not only a hard worker but very, very set in his ways. He likes things to be a certain way and does not like branching out.. at all! From the moment Sam steps into his life it goes from predictable to entertaining to say the least. I absolutely loved the way Sam and Colton met! It was so cute and definitely hilarious! I lost count at how many times I busted out laughing! They started out as friends and it slowly grew into something more. During their relationship neither knew what was going to happen when Sam's summer came to an end. Colton was doing his very best to keep Sam in Colorado. Sam was torn between an opportunity of a lifetime in New York and her growing love for Colton. It was not going to be an easy decision to make and a couple of times they tried to stay apart but it just made both of them miserable. Together is where they both wanted to be and so they decided that no matter what they would do anything and everything to make sure that happened. The side story of Kajsa and Your Majesty just added the extra little something that helped the book be a bit more amazing than it already was. I loved seeing that close bound between the two of them and how everyone banded together to mend a broken heart. This book is probably my favorite one in the series. I loved almost everything about it! Yes... almost everything. I'm sure you can already guess what the one thing was that I didn't like... it just ended!! Really?! What are these authors doing to me?! I really would have loved an epilogue!! Just a little something to close the series... a blurb about how everyone is doing X amount of years in the future. *sigh* I know... I know... at least it has a HEA... ;)

In this installment of the series, we meet Colton, a cowboy who loves what he does. What you see is what you get and he is as steady as they come. He's also giving eleven-year-old Kasja horse-riding lessons (you might remember Kasja from the previous book) and when he meets Kasja's aunt Sam, he's intrigued by her approach to life. She drives a sunshine yellow bug, has a lime green fuzzy steering wheel cover and a summer bucket list that includes riding a bull and having a fling with a cowboy. They are definitely opposites! At one point in the book, they are compared to a tree with roots (Colton) and the wind in the tree branches (Sam). It's pretty accurate! Of course they have an attraction to each other, but it's complicated. Sam has a job offer in New York for her dream job. She's only home for the summer (hence the summer fling thing). But when things heat up between her and Colton, could she give up her dreams for a possibly forever relationship? Or will he just be a fun summer memory? Could Colton give up his staid way of living to meet her halfway? I really enjoyed reading to find out. I thought the author did a great job of building the relationship between the two characters. They felt realistic and I loved the ending. A great afternoon read!

Loved. It. Rachael Anderson is my new favorite contemporary clean romance author and I must read everything by her! I've read and reviewed all three books in the Meet Your Match series now and each is fresh, unique, with fabulous romantic chemistry. The characters of Samantha and Colton are so realistic and easy to relate to. It was a pleasure to read their growing friendship, light flirting and banter, and deepening feelings. The setting of the ranch with the subplot of training a wild mustang with Kajsa added a nice dimension. Sam has some funny moments interacting with the horses and brings out the playful side of Colton- he doesn't seem to me like a stick in the mud as the title labels him. Although Colton is confident and knows what he wants out of life, it was refreshing to see him turn to his father for wisdom more than once. The ending was absolutely perfect after Sam and Colton navigate the diffulties of beginning a relationship during a time of transition. Highly recommend! For full enjoyment, read the series in order, although it's not necessary.(Thank you to Ebooks For Review for a copy of the book in exchange for my honest review)

Loved this entire series!!Rachael Anderson has a gift. That's all there is to it. I've read several books by her, including the entire "Meet Your Match" series. All 3 books in the series earned a 5 star rating from me on Goodreads. This book was like the others- it sucked me in to where I didn't want to put it down. When I had to enter back into reality to, oh I don't know, take care of my family or something, I could hear the book calling me, begging me to come back. Sam was such a spunky, fun character. Colton... well, he was just a hot cowboy with high standards and morals. I loved it. I loved them. Super great read! *I was given a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Rachael Anderson has quickly become one of my favorite authors, especially since I started reading her Meet Your Match series! Having read the first two books in the series, I really looked forward to this book, and it didn't disappoint. It was cute, it was flirty, it was fun. I loved the idea of Samantha's summer bucket list! I also enjoyed seeing one of the characters from the previous book--one of the young girls--take more of a role in this book without taking over. The shenanigans Colton and Samantha find themselves in made me smile. A quick, fun, summer escape I would recommend.*I received a complimentary copy for my honest review.

I loved this book for so many reasons! 1) I loved Sam’s character. She is definitely spontaneous. She is a positive person. Her family is very loving. Sam has spunk and an imagination with a fun personality. She is always making the most out of life and inventing something fun to do.Sam is spunky and loves everyone! I wouldn't mind some of her energy either! 2) I loved Colton’s character. He is hard working. He loves kids. He’s honest and has a good heart. Colton also has a loving and giving family. He has flaws like all of us. He just happens to have a fear of heights. Colton can be, no he is funny. He can compromise when the situation isn’t something he likes or wants! I mean really, who wouldn’t want someone who has those qualities?3) The story has something that has to be worked through. The author didn’t add unneeded drama or immaturity. Sometimes in life there are issues that needs to be talked about; avoiding it is common when you don’t want to feel hurt and afraid of what it might mean. I like the way the author wrote her characters.4) Both sets of parents taught their children well. In fact, there is something I think I might do with my daughter. Check this out this is her mom talking to Sam there was much more in the conversation but you need to read it. I can't type forever …. (She) handed the journal to her daughter."You're moving into an important phase of your life where you'll start thinking about the future and what kind of person you'll want to walk down the aisle toward someday. I want you to date a lot- all different kinds of people- and every time you do, I want you to come home and write down the qualities of that person that you liked or didn't like- the qualities that are important to you in a future husband and father. Yes, attraction is important, but I want you to look deeper than that. Harder. Go beyond good hair, handsome faces, and great bodies and into mind and hearts. How does he treat you? Is he driven. Does he care about learning, about improving, about working hard and doing his best? Does he care about you and your opinions and how you feel? Does he have faith in God? Is he a good person? Does he see the real you?"5) Colton and Sam are so funny together (this is where Colton is trying to teach Sam to ride a horse and gets her to repeat what he says to the horse…..My name's Sam.""When I ride you," he continued."When I ride you," came her echo."I want you to run faster than you've ever run before.""I want you to-whoa, what?" Sam pulled her hand free and backed away from Colton in an attempt to unfog her brain."What kind of sorry excuse for a teacher are you? I don't want Nutmeg to run. I want her to walk. Slowly. Like a turtle."And then it came. His real laugh. A hearty sound the stretched across the field, over the hills, and into the valleys, filling spreading encompassing until it had wrapped around her in a tight embrace as though saying, I think you're something special.6) The story leaves you feeling happy. There were times in the book where I felt uncomfortable and sad, like I was Sam and I felt her pain. That’s a five star for me! I love when an author can make you feel the emotions the character is feeling. 7) I enjoyed seeing the other characters from the series and see how they are doing.8) There was nothing that I didn’t like! Bonus!Overall, if you like normal drama in life, creating fun things to do, overcoming things about yourself, horses, cowboys, loving families, clean reads, an all is right in the world feeling after you read a book, figuring out what is important in life and finding compromises than this is a story for you!

http://brooke-brookesbooks.blogspot.c...This is the 3rd book in the Meet Your Match books by Rachael Anderson. I have loved this series! The first is Pride Meets Prejudice. The second is Rough Around the Edges Meets Refined. One wouldn't have to read all three books to understand the stories, but the characters do continue from one book to the next. I highly recommend reading them in order to be able to develop along with the stories and characters.Stick in the Mud Meets Spontaneity follows the story of Samantha, a recent college graduate who has time during the summer before she starts a fantastic job in New York City. Within the first few days she meets Colton McCoy, a young, hard working rancher who will some day take over his family's ranch. From the moment they meet, sparks fly. Sometimes it's good sparks, sometimes not. Sam finds herself being more clumsy than usual and unsure of herself around the horses and the ranch. Colton is impressed with this "city" girl that keeps getting back on the horse, in actuality and metaphorically. Soon, Sam has found a place that she really enjoys, the horses and farm, but especially the McCoy family. Unfortunately, she has a job in New York waiting for her in just a few months.Sam and Colton are from opposite lifestyles, but somehow they fall in love. Samantha enjoys trying new things on their dates and pushes Colton out of his comfort zone. Often, Colton refuses Sam's wild schemes. At times, I am really frustrated at how unadventurous Colton is. I don't understand how he doesn't want to at least try something, even if it is just to appease Sam. I am not the most adventurous of people, but I am willing to push myself a little, just to see if I can do something. Last year I did something I never thought I would ever do...I biked around San Francisco and across the Golden Gate Bridge! For me that was a big deal. I had only ridden a bike around our neighborhood. But it was something my husband wanted to do and I did it. Was I really scared at times? Yes. Was I unsure of what I was doing? Most of the time. But I did it and that brings such satisfaction. Now if my husband asks me to go sky diving the answer is no. I can only be pushed so far.As I read this book, I don't see any way that this relationship can work. If Samantha gives up her job to stay in Colorado then she will always wonder "what if" and resent Colton for keeping her there. If she goes to New York, then Colton, "Mr. Stick in the Mud", watches her go and feels rejected. Can they survive a long distance relationship? Luckily, Rachael Anderson has a great story that pushes both of these characters in to new territory. I have loved the characters and stories from all 3 books and being a part of their lives. I highly recommend the series and I also look forward to reading other books by Rachael Anderson.Warnings: NoneI would let my 17 year old read this book.

Stick in the Mud Meets Spontaneity is the third book in the 'Meet Your Match Series'. The first book was Prejudice Meets Pride, and the second book is Rough Around the Edges Meets Refined. I love it when an author brings characters from other books in a series to a new book. In this case all the characters I enjoyed from previous books are in this one. Stick in the Mud Meets Spontaneity is Samantha's (Sam) Kinsey's story.Sam is fresh out of college, and coming home to spend the Summer in Colorado. She has 2 months before she has to leave in August to start her new job in Manhattan, New York. She is looking forward to spending some quality time with her family, friends, Kajsa & Adi (they are like the little sister's she never had). Sam soon finds out that her Summer may not go as planned with Kajsa & Adi. It seems the little girls she once babysat are growing up, and are busy. She soon finds herself at a horse ranch, in which she agreed to take Kajsa each morning until her dad and stepmom get back from a trip with Adi. That first morning dropping Kajsa off at the ranch, Sam sits in her car and writes a 'Bucket List'. One of the things on her bucket list is to have a fling with a cowboy. Just as she is finishing up her bucket list, up drives Colton McCoy in his truck, pulling a horse trailer with wild stallion in the back.Sam soon finds out that Colton McCoy doesn't have flings. He is a gentleman in every sense of the word. He is also very handsome, has a way with horses, and is a sweet heart. Colton loves working on the ranch, and someday plans to take over the running of it when the time comes. He likes things just the way they are, and sees no reason to change, until he meets Samantha.I have enjoyed reading the 'Meet Your Match' series. If I had to pick a favorite out of the three books, it would have to be this one. I loved Samantha's sunny disposition, and positive outlook on life. She is fun and creative, where as Colton is sweet, and set in his ways. He needs a little nudge from Samantha to get him to try new things, and vice, versa.Theses two have a few things to learn about life and love. It was fun seeing them get to know each other, and working through a few issues that arise. I loved each of their families in this book. They supported each of them, without being overbearing. Kajsa plays a large part in this book also, as well as her love for horses.I hope Rachael Anderson will continue this series, because I would love to read more! I laughed out loud in parts of this book, and teared up in a few places also. I am a sucker for romance, children, and animals. If you enjoy clean romance, with large, lovable, extended families, then you will love this book. Rachael proves that a story doesn't have to have sex, and cursing in it to be a wonderful read!*Review first appeared on Romance With A Book.*I received an eCopy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

The story of Sam & Colton is nothing short of adorable. As the third book in the "Meet Your Match" series, readers have come to know and love the fun and spontaneous Sam. She's been away at college and is now home for the summer before heading to New York for her new job as a graphic designer. She has plans to spend the summer having fun with Kajsha and Adi, but she quickly realizes that her plans aren't going to come to fruition as she thought. Colton McCoy is our stubborn young cowboy who has been teaching Kajsha all about horses. He quite the determined young man and has his work cut out for himself this summer as he trains a wild mustang, moves out of his parents' house, and tries to win the heart of the beautiful Sam. The chemistry and connection between the two is undeniable, and yet Sam can't give up her new job in New York just as Colton can't leave the ranch in Colorado. What is a young couple to do when it seems their relationship is doomed to fail despite their feelings for each other?I loved this sweet romance - it's light-hearted and fun, but the characters deal with some very real struggles and work to find solutions that allow them to be true to themselves and each other. A great read for a summer day.Honest disclosure - I received a copy in connection with the book release blog tour.

Having enjoyed the previous entries in the Meet Your Match series, Stick in the Mud Meets Spontaneity was like coming home to old friends and meeting new ones! I love the opposites attract theme and this series has hit all the right buttons! I love love love the beginning where we are introduced to our new heroine, Sam, as she comes home from college and we get to catch up with the couples from the first two books before jetting off to see Sam meet Colten. I love how it's Colt who's the stick in the mud with Sam being spontaneous because it's usually the big city girl who has trouble adjusting before falling for the free-spirited cowboy. Sam was more than eager to dive into everything country from line dancing to riding a horse right down to purchasing her own pair of cowboy boots and hat. Stick in the Mud had me laughing at parts, especially when Sam and Colt verbally sparred. One part in particular I liked was when he was teaching her to ride. I could really hear the changes in tones of their voices in my head which made the story come alive. I'm not sure if there is more in this series but if there is I'm eager to read more! Stick in the Mud is a fun, flirty light-hearted clean romance that is perfect for a summer day, especially for the readers out there who love cowboys and contemporary western themed books. You guys will definitely enjoy this one!

I so adore this series and how the author takes two completely opposite people and pulls them together in sweet romance.I love that stories like this can whisk us away and help us see something different for a few moments each time we pick up the book.I loved how the characters struggled to come together, but once they did they made the most of every moment...living in the moment and pushing the future aside for the time being.I loved that the girl didn't give up on her dreams just to be with the guy...the hardest choices are between two good things...but I see how if she had stayed she would have always wondered and maybe even started to resent that she didn't try.But I also love that the guy stood by her...once he got over his pride...And wait until you read about what he does in the end...such a great scene on so many levels! You will absolutely LOVE this book!Make it a MUST-READ for your summer list!I have read all three of the books in this series and highly recommend all of them!Such great writing!Such great stories!

I received this ebook through ebooksforreview in exchange for an honest review.Once again a great book from Rachel Anderson! I loved the conclusion of this series. After Emma and Noah, it’s now Sam’s turn to find love. I always love the fact that even though we follow a different character in each book we still get a glimpse at the previous characters and get to see a little of how things are going for them.I love the fact that the author really depicts characters in a realistic way. I could really relate to the way they were feeling and understand why they acted this way. I also love the idea behind this series. The characters are always opposites in a way and although they go through a lot of obstacles because of these differences, they are always able to make things work in the end.Great series recommended to everyone! Those books are filled with humour and I guarantee they will leave you with a smile! :)

This was such a fun book, but it also had some depth to it. I enjoyed seeing the dynamics between the characters and seeing them encourage each other and compromise and sacrifice for each other. The further I got into the book, the harder it was to put it down. It was great to become reacquainted with characters I loved from other books, one of the great things about reading a series. And reading this makes me want to go back and reread the others in the series. Rating: 4.5 starsContent: Clean - passionate kissingSource: Review copy

Colton McCoy is tenderhearted, funny, clever and confident. Samantha is creative, interesting, and fun. Both Colton and Samantha were so easy to love! She has a summer bucket list; He has a summer to-do list. She loves to go from one adventure to the next; he lives on the same soil as his great-great grandfather. She wants a summer fling; he wants forever. They are both going to get so much more than they bargained for!Content: CleanSource: Amazon.com

I enjoyed this story from start to finish. Samantha is someone I'd love to know and be friends with - happy, bubbly, kind, spunky, optimistic and good. I like how she isn't sure what to think of Colton, but wants to figure him out. I love the sparkly, funny way she thinks and see things. Great story with family, friends, goals, and an unexpected match. I like that they weren't looking for it but couldn't walk away either.

Yeah! I just loved this series. The perfect ending too. Sam's story was just so cute and Colton the cowboy, he was dreamy. It was fun to see what others from the previous novels are up to. Clean. Romantic. And just plain fun.

Cute book! I loved the process of them falling for each other. It was realistic and cute. I didn't love the ending. I wish there was an epilogue and she would go back.

This one's about Sam, who meets and falls in love with Colton, Cassie's cousin.Sam's only supposed to be in town for the summer and thought she'd be hanging with her two little friends (Noah's kids).... but they've grown into pre-teens and Sam's being impacted by the changes. She and Colton hit it off right away but he's set at ranching and not leaving and she's off to NYC for a super exclusive graphic design job. This is a great new adult story and I loved that she was unwilling to give up her passion for a guy who was unwilling to leave his ranch...or was he?

I had forgotten how much I loved these characters! But getting into this book was just like coming home. It is always so good to revisit some familiar characters, especially when you are in the middle of a reading slump like I was. Turns out this was just what I needed to get back into my reading mojo. When I finished the previous book in the series, I was eager to read this one, because I really wanted to see Sam get her happily ever after, and I must confess, this may be my favourite book in the series. You simply got to love Sam and her sunny personality. I love everything about her: her goals, the way she relates to the people around her, the way she sees life, but what I loved the most was that journal she kept (not going to tell more since it would be a spoiler). I also really love her family dynamics. Seriously, you just don’t see many books with such healthy family relations, and where family takes a centre spot in the story. So if you are looking for a book that features a wonderful family, then you must pick this series up.This is meant to be the third book in a series, so, even though each book features the story of a different character, you should read the series in the order it was intended, because otherwise, you’d be missing some important background that will help you see the character’s growth.I also appreciated that this time we finally got a closer look into Sam’s family and household, and I simply loved all the good advice her parents give her, and how they care for each other. Now, enough about Sam, sure you want to hear about the hottie in this book right? Well, Colton is simply dreamy. Let me clarify, I love horses, I’m like Kajsa in that respect, so I think a key factor that made me love this book with all my heart was the fact that horses were a big part of it. Who doesn’t fancy a handsome, hardworking cowboy? I know I do!I loved the banter between them, and the naturalness with which they related to each other. It was so refreshing. Plus, this book made laugh out loud on several occasions and I couldn’t stop smiling from start to finish. Also, this book is really fast paced so I flew through it.In sum, this whole series is balm for your heart; I don’t mind how corny that sounds, because it is a feel good series in its maximum splendour. I love everything about this series, and I could not recommend it enough. The writing is great, the pacing superb, the characters are lovable, the relationships are healthy and the romance is very sweet and heartwarming. Just a heads up, this is a clean romance series.Read more at A Touch of Book Madness
