Encouraged to keep a journal to maintain his sanity, This journal was occasionally glimpsed by friends who tried in vain to get Steve to publish. Now after 10 years the journal as been rewritten and formatted into 3 novels. Cloned for Reward being the first story. Susannah Kavanagh was no ordinary teenager, living with her loving caring Grandparents in a 17th century stately home in Scotland, not far from the beautiful city of Edinburgh. The Kavanagh family could trace their ancestors right back to when Kavanagh house was built in 1645 by Alistair Kavanagh, who was a commander in the English civil war. He had been given titles and land in bony Scotland for services rendered to the crown. The family, thanks to Cromwell fled to Scotland severing all ties with England. The Kavanagh family are and always have been well respected and greatly involved in their surrounding community. At the age of 17, Susannah was turning out to be a fine young lady, which was remarkable due to her losing her parents in a light air craft accident 18 months earlier. Susannah had approximately a year to go before inheriting the family fortune of millions and the responsibility which came with the Kavanagh name. Whilst Susannah and her Grandparents looked forward to a bright future, unbeknown to them, an evil presence Harold Fletchly the leader of a religious cult called Lambs of God, had different plans for Susannah. Without any family members even suspecting anything untoward was going on, the grooming had started. Plans which had been in the making for years were now active and gaining great momentum. Fletchly was not concerned with the family’s millions; he wanted the priceless prize of the Kavanagh name and lineage, and to become a member of the British elite would make is plans so much easier, in his evil and twisted genius mind, he was already a Kavanagh. Steven Lewis was an ex-soldier who had just been through one hell of a messy divorce and was about as low as you could get, when luckily for him, he accidentally bumped into a couple of friends from at least 10 years ago when Steve was serving in the Army. Within weeks of this chance meeting, Steve found himself working for a government department that doesn’t exist. He left 9-5 and became a member of the world we all just read about or watch on TV; He'd been CALLED to Duty. ...

Cloned For Reward: Call To Duty (The Capture Of Evil Book 1) Reviews
This book gave sunburn!A friend gave me this book to read on holiday. He didn't rave about it - he knew what he was doing. He didn't say it's a crazy emotional roller coaster - he knew what he was doing. He knew what he was doing like someone who slips lsd into your drink! Quietly, knowingly slipping Cloned For Reward into my life, like slipping a speedball into my holiday - I was transfixed! This is one of those great books that drags you into it, into that altered state where you're truly engrossed. So engrossed that the ice melts in the drink beside your sun lounger and the skin on your back slowly burns in the mediterranean sun.So go on, give it a read. After all it's only a book... right?
I don't normally read books like this, but I am glad I gave it a try. Very different for me. Such great characters in this book! (Dave was all kinds awesome, but Stephen was by far my favorite) The author has a great way of pulling you into the story. When a young women is taken by an awful cult, and it was up to this band of brothers to get her back. I can't believe what they all went through with this Cult. Hard to believe there are such awful people in the world. This was an awesome book and I would definitely recommend it if you like a truly suspenseful book.
Tried this book book on a whim and it was really good. There are some places I didn't quite understand but figured it out as I kept reading. It's like finding out that the stuff we see on the movies is true. These guys went in and kicked some serious ass. I hope the author continues to write. Want to read more from him
Interesting read. Looking forward to next book
