Everything I've made from this book has been delicious, easy, and probably upped my daily vegetable intake significantly. Great for low-carb or a Paleo diet.

I've tried a few of the author's recipes from her blog, and as soon as I could I pre-ordered the book.I'm not a primal or paleo follower, but I do have celiac disease and use a lot of primal/paleo recipes because they're gluten-free. I have never seen a recipe book so solidly stocked with things I want to eat. If I find a recipe/cook book and I want to try 1/3 of the recipes, I consider that a solid win. I want to try nearly ever recipe in this book (the only exceptions involving foods I just don't like, like horseradish or brussel sprouts). I will probably be trying some of the recipes within a week. This is awesome.
