Very cute, not forced, but I am not sure it is an alphabet book. I think Sophie will really like it.

Delightful ABC book. As an adult reader, I did have a few gross-out moments when I realized the mouse was licking, nibbling, and walking on all the food!

This was a cute book. It went through the alphabet from A to Z in a cute way. It also had rhyming words throughout the entire book. I believe this book would be great for a read aloud in a classroom.

A story told in rhyme of Little Bitty Mouse who sneaks into a house and finds many things to explore, but there's one thing she finds, that sends her scampering away.

This is a very cute ABC book. It's definitely well-loved at my library. My only quibble is with the repeated poem/song throughout the book: "Tip-tip tippy tippy/ Went her little mousie toes./ Sniff-sniff sniffy sniffy/ Went her little mousie nose." I feel as though this doesn't flow as smoothly as the rest of the book, and would be a bit annoying to read aloud. It doesn't add anything great, and the story definitely wouldn't suffer if it were cut.

This rhyming alphabet book will delight a pre-K and kindergarten audience. Using familiar household words and items, Little Bity Mousie has an adventurous evening creeping about the house while highlighting familiar household words and items. After every few letters, a repetitive phrase will get kids chiming in as mousie tip toes and sniffs her way through the alphabet.

Stella and I laughed so hard when we read this little book. It follows the little mouse through a house using the alphabet. The mouse finds lipstick on the "L" page and has it smeared all over her face just like Stella always does! We couldn't stop laughing! And Stella read it almost every day by herself!

In this story, Mousie went looking for some things to eat and do. She found some apples, she ate one. She ate a H off of a happy birthday cake. She ate an orange peel that was mistaken for some cheese. She heard the "zzz" sound and she followed it. Then she saw a cat, and then she ran. -by Felicity

Mousie explores a house, finding different objects that match each new letter. One of the most expressive "mouse" books around. The rhymes are cute but the pictures of mousie exploring totally steal the show.

Cute book that uses a girl mouse to search a home while discovering different items. Each item is from the alphabet and uses rhyming throughout the book. The illustrations look somewhat victorian in style. As a activity, teacher could ask students to name other household items with the same letter.

The language is a trifle too cutsie to pass my saccharine sensors. But it's an ABC book, the rhymes are fun, the pictures lovely (well, it is Michael Hague) and kids will enjoy seeing things from a mouse's point of view!

Both my 1.5 and my 4.5 year old love this book. I find the repetition kind of annoying, but that's probably what they love about it. The lifelike illustrations are pretty.

Concept book (alphabet) with fun, detailed illustrations and repeating rhyme shows a tiny mouse on her adventures around the house at nighttime. Perhaps an option for a mouse storytime?

A good solid alphabet book, but I have to admit I wasn't charmed by the young mouse main character as she was drawn.

This is a cute book, an alphabet book without being overly obnoxious about it. The mouse is adorable and the illustrations are fun and colorful. Our girls liked this story.

The mouse creeps me out a little bit but otherwise this is a good alphabet book.
