Honestly? I thought the story was pretty good until the end. I would've made some arrangements in certain situations but that was more a case of preference instead of a real case of erroneous writing. But I didn't particularly liked the ending. Oh. I liked the happy ever after thing...I just didn't like the sudden jump from helplessness to perfection. It didn't make much sense and it troubled me enough to take some of the happy ending glow right from under me. I also had a problem with Perry's superficiality. I know she's supposed to act like a teenager but I don't really believe a kidnapped girl only remembers to think about how her mother is feeling months after the fact. It's not very natural behaviour no matter how shallow a girl is, plus I don't think that was actually the image the author wanted to give us about Perry. If not for that I would have given a higher rating.

An excellent and funny modern take on the Persephone Hades myth.

Different take on the Persephone and Hades myth. I actually really enjoyed this, I liked the updated story - sorcerers and magic rather than Greek gods/goddesses.
