I'm pretty sure I said this about the last book in this series, but LITTLE STALKER is my favorite so far.Coby has had a little stalker for about a month now. Of course, nobody believed him because the sneaky little guy ran off before anyone else could spot him. Not only was the idea of being stalked a little freaky to Coby, but also because he's turned on by this guy who's following him. He's been straight all his life, or at least, trying to be straight all his life. Finally, Coby was able to catch the guy who's been not-so-secretly watching him from behind trees and starring in his fantasies.Upon meeting, Coby started to realize that maybe he's not as straight as he thinks. This is a huge thing to discover, but it doesn't excuse horrible behavior. He did and said some pretty despicable things to his stalker out of anger. Anger, not towards the stalker, but because he finally admitted to himself that he's gay. It made it a little hard to root for him, especially when his stalker was the sweetest little thing you ever did see.His stalker was a guy named Grayson. He's not just any guy, but one of the most adorable guys I've ever had the pleasure to read about. He was so loveable and sweet towards Coby. He genuinely liked Coby and just wanted the chance to talk to him. Stalking isn't the most productive or normal reaction, but he's so cute that it's excusable. But make no mistake. While he's shy and sweet, he's no doormat. Grayson's had a hard life and was forced to make some hard decisions in order to survive.LITTLE STALKER is a very emotional read. This series has been so light and fun that I didn't expect to get teary-eyed, but I did. Some things came out about Grayson that were terribly sad, and since he's so darn loveable, it made it all the more heartbreaking to read about. I love some angst in my romance, so this was a very nice surprise for me.I do wish it were a tad longer, just a chapter more would have been great. I like to read about my guys basking in the HEA afterglow and, in this series, the books are over too soon for me.I've really enjoyed what I've read of this series so far, so I knew this would be a winner, and it was. I can't wait to see what else Ms Pike has in store for these cute college guys!

I am all over the place with this story,Our first impression of Coby is him throwing a girl out of bed very callously and being a jerk in general. He drinks way too much, I get why, and he gets why, but it leads to more problems rather than less. When he finally catches Grayson, his stalker, he finds out it's actually for a very different reason than he thought. That issue was then dropped, I would have liked a sentence or two to know how/when/if it was resolved.Grayson is finally the catalyst for Coby to be honest with himself and I really liked the change in his behavior and this is where it took on a Fairytale type feel to the story, which I really liked! Coby's best friend Ray is a very good friend, even though I did wonder at his choice of slurs, when he suspects Coby is gay? But I guess, it's probably realistic for boys that age. Now, my complaint!!! How could you? how Ms Pike can you just end it there? How can you expect me to not wonder about so many things...I need more...I'm greedy that way!

I...liked it?Mostly. I've followed this series for a bit. I like that the author has important messages tied in with her stories. This time around, alcoholism (which really isn't dealt with), coming out of the closet and prostitution.A poor little rich boy who is in the closet falls for his gay stalker. The story doesn't get too deep. It was alright. I'm swimming somewhere in 2-3 star range.Eh. I'll bump it up. Some parts seemed a little far-fetched. *shrugs*I still plan to read the rest of the series.

Grayson is really cute little stalker. Who knows that Coby finally admitted that he's gay after all. Just because of Grayson. Didn't find other guys are cute or interesting, i think he's just Grayson sexual. :)Though it's not easy reading Grayson's part when Coby found out who he really was. Coby though, he's a determine guy (he can be a jerk sometimes), and I think Grayson is very lucky he stalked Cody anyway.Bittersweet , nice short read. Recommended.

This might actually be my favorite book of this series. Yes,Coby is awful a lot of the time, but he does try to right his wrongs once he comes to grips with being gay. And Grayson, sweet boy. I just wanted to wrap him up and smother him with hugs. So, yeah, I liked this installment quite a bit.

3.75I am really enjoying these stories in this College series, I like some more than others but they have all been great. Little Stalker is a lot tamer than the other stories when it comes to the sexy, but all in all it was surprisingly cute and managed to give a punch in such a few pages.Coby is hung-over and he's throwing a girl out of his bed, something that seems to be the norm with him. He can't seem to get it up with the ladies, so he's gotta be piss drunk to perform (if he did perform =_=). To make matters worse seems Coby has himself a stalker, one that disappears quickly so Coby always sounds like he's crazy. He decides he's going to get his hands on the little creep once and for all, but what he never expected is the blazing attraction he would feel for his stalker Grayson. If there's one thing that Coby knows, he knows he's not that way, gay that is.Talk about denial much, and you get Coby. Clearly, his body is calling for the male variety but he's fighting it. He says some pretty hurtful things to Grayson, and then drinks himself all the way to the hospital before he realizes that yes he's gay and in need of Grayson if only to apologize. A hunt for his stalker finds him in a seedy part of Phili, and it's there he's faced with how tough Gray has it.I really enjoyed it, and was glad it stepped away from the sex to focus on deeper issues. I like Coby, and think he did a good thing for Grayson. I just want to give Gray a huge hug, its clear he's been through so much and is just really trying to live. I am very interested in how they will fare in the future but for now, I am happy.Overall, I liked it and thought it was cute. This series is a must read cus it's just so much fun and the titles/plot are always quirky.

Coby is a jerk to his women. That is probably the softest word to be used for him. He gets wasted, picks up women, takes them home for sex and then literally kicks them out of his bed in the morning (before they can realize he can’t get it up for them). He’s trying to prove a point, but who is he trying to convince? When he finally corners his little stalker, Grayson, it turns out stalker is there for a not sexy reason. He’s doing an errand for his bastard of a father. (Mom is absolutely horrible, so can’t imagine how dad is.) Coby is an utter, complete ass to Grayson. I hated him at that moment. I get your closet, but being nasty and hurtful, so unacceptable.Grayson himself is in a bad place. He’s sweet and going to school for social work and does what he needs to do to survive. Wanted to hug him. Coby’s friend Ray, well, he’s good and he’s bad. He’s real, in other words. He is supportive and laid back, yet uses words like “fag” and “fairy”, claiming they mean nothing, yet they contribute to Coby’s reluctance to be who he is. A family he believes will not support him and caring too much about the perceptions of others doesn’t help. But it's a difficult, torturous journey sometimes to figure out how to be true to yourself. It’s a little difficult to feel any sympathy for Coby but eventually I did. He knows who he is but doesn’t want to face reactions from other people about it. He knows he is using women and alcohol to the extreme, but it’s numbing. Can he convince himself? This is a more serious entry into the College Fun and Gays series. It’s not light and fluffy but I thought it a realistic look at someone struggling with himself.

These were both happily taken Somehow at ARe two orders in a row I won this book! Sad thing is I don't want to read it. So I have two copies of this story I can gift through the ARe website. First people who want it can have it I just need to know what email you use at ARe to gift it to. First two people to want it can have. Though I appreciate Erika's donation at ARe this just isn't the kind of story I enjoy and instead of wasting her donation would like to pass it on to someone that will enjoy it.

Originally posted at Rarely Dusty BooksThe fourth title in the series deals with the theme of coming out of the closet. It’s all about student Coby handling his very unexpected attraction for his little stalker. He’s not handling it very well actually, and his denial about his sexuality doesn’t exactly bring him peace of mind, but it does provide us with quite some amusing scenes, like the ones with his best friend. Coby’s body keeps betraying him, so in the end he can’t avoid the truth much longer and there’s nothing else left than give his stalker a happy ending. An ending that is more of a HFN perhaps, but one that was quite satisfying nonetheless. This was another well-written and entertaining short story in Pike’s college boys series with its own memorable execution of a topic. I already look forward to the fifth installment!3.5 stars

This is a great series of short stories. I've greatly enjoyed all of the stories so far, and I absolutely adore the characters. Even though these stories are short, I always feel like I connect with the characters, and I actually feel what they're feeling. Grayson was so adorable in this one, and my heart broke for him when Coby kicked him out, and then everything going on with his mother. I just wanted to hug him!

Little Stalker has been re-published with new edits and a new cover. NBP no longer publishes this title and there are no formatting errors in the Kindle version this time around. I'm so sorry for 7 whole months (!) of a badly formatted copy. It was out of my hands back then, despite my continuous complaining.

4.5 stars. Easily my favorite installment in Erica Pike’s College Fun and Gays series, Little Stalker is a wonderful tale of self-discovery. When Coby finally meets his stalker, he is forced to come to terms with his own sexuality. Please click HERE to read my review in its entirety.

3.5 stars. These short college stories are all very hot for starters! But they also have good characters and good stories. They just need to be longer! Flush out the story some more. Still, a great way to spend a half an hour!

This is the START of a great story--not that what's here isn't great, its just...Coby and Grayson finally get together and there's still all these unresolved issues around them, so much story left....I WANT THE REST!!

This was a cute little story, although I didn't like it as much as Hot Hands. A couple odd twists, although I understand why the author did them (view spoiler)[Coby being a total ass, then Grayson being a rent-boy (hide spoiler)], to put Coby and Grayson more on even ground so it wasn't total hero worship. A decent short read from a fun and sexy series.
