Prime Time Reviews
Deena Carstairs glanced over at another group of tourist that wanted a tour of Lunar and she heard her partner spewing the information about habiting the moon that they knew by heart. The were Porters who were replaceable, and thought lowly of, yet some how she had lucked up on showing a newbie the ropes, and training him because she was one of the best survial instructors on the planet and the extra credits would help her pay off her debt. Deena looked for the newbie among the crowds and her eyes settled on a man who looked as though he should have been on the beach instead of the moon.Jake Parsons knew they he should not have gotten out of is Lunar issued suit but it was so hot that he did it any way--and he stuck out like a sore thumb with his bright colors! Everything he had been told about the moon job had been severely lacking but there was no going back now--he needed to find out how the drug Utopia was being smuggled under their noses and he needed one Porter's help with finding the answers as he had turned over every rock for the last six months with no clue of how the dangerous drug wa geting in and people were dying. He needed to find a Porter named Deena!Vicky Burkeholder tells an awesome story that kept me rapidly reading from page one. Primetime is one of those books that you hate to put down and the white hot sex, twists and turns, the suspicion of who was running the drug smuggling operation, and the bigotry among the inhabitants just whetted my appetite! I fairly flew through the story as I was so caught up in the struggle that I was almopst in the midts of fighting along with these awesome souls! Jake and Dena decide to marry to keep suspicion down and fought like a wedded couple, but once the mission is over they agree to anull the marriage as the are worlds apart in status and Deena knows that a man like Jake could do better after all who wanted an uneducated Porter? Primetime is a must read and a keeper!
