Awe the feels in this one. Carson and Kennedy are back for book 2. The first being The Bluest Eyes in Texas which I highly recommend you read first. Kennedy is taking her GF on a vacation and meet the fam and all crazy breaks loose. Awesome read. Loved it. Took me 3 weeks via my text to voice app. Lol. Good times.

The fun, intrigue and romance continue for Kennedy Nocona and Carson Garret. I continue to enjoy the interesting and dynamic relationship between the two as they work together to deal with the challenges presented. Kennedy is an example of perseverance and restraint as she waits for Carson to commit or not commit to their relationship. Carson is an example of I want in but what if I do and I get emotionally hurt. I just cannot take anymore pain. I thought the challenges presented to them during this read were tough for the characters and the reader because you thought enough is enough. On the other hand, I cheered for them as they dealt with one challenge after another. I do hope there is a another book in the series because I am very interested in seeing what is next.
