JLA: Welcome to the Working Week Reviews
The actor/comedian Patton Oswalt wrote this fun and funny comic about spying on superheroes for a week. Nice plot twist at the end. I don't know that much about comics, so I'm sure a lot of the jokes and references went over my head.
I forgot how much fun this little comic was, and to think, the voice of Remy the Rat-with-great-taste-and-excellent-cooking-skills from Ratatouille wrote this little gem: Patton Oswalt.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0A2tCA...Underappreciated and fun, with striking Patrick Gleason art.
It was fun to see a week of the Justice League through a fan's eyes. There just wasn't really any good story going throughout the comic.
The book just didn't deliver on the hype on the back cover. The art was great but the panel composition lacked. One star for art, one star for premise and Patton.
This is one of the most underappreciated Justice League stories in the world.
