Okay, the title says it all for this one. It has some cute pictures to go along with things everyone ought to know are disgusting. Reading to my 4-year old is funny though. For the pages of things she has done or currently does, she will still silent. But every other page she will shout out "That's digusting!" Silly girl.

A book that can certainly make people feel something. Most likely nausea. And a little bit of giggle reflex. This book is is no way, shape or form didactic and probably has no place in a classroom, but it can do a great job of highlighting some bad habits to children. By mixing in a few things that kids actually do, amongst other scenes which all kids would definitely agree are truly disgusting, it can increase awareness of their own habits being a little disgusting too. I'd prefer to see more of a story but I can see the merits of this format as well. Personally, I find it a little creepy that the character has a huge grin in all of the illustrations.

It gets better as you go, or I could say it gets more disgusting as you go.I purchased from Book Depot for about $2. It's really kind of cute in a disgusting way. The drawings are wonderful. However, a few of the disgusting pages make it impossible to put in an elementary school library -- would lead to phone calls from parents for sure. Staff that I showed it to were disgusted ... in a good way. Many laughs.

This is a quick simple childrens picture book. Each page shows the same child engaging in some kind of "disgusting" behavior.. and though it starts out as just everyday things like getting gum in her hair.. she quickly moves in to far more disgusting things like taking a dump in the tub.. and the best part about all of this is the pictures... because not only does she behave in a "disgusting" way.. she does it all with a smile..

This book really is disgusting in the best way possible. If you ever thought it was a good idea to stick your finger in a cat's butt or wipe boogers on the wall then this book will show you just how disgusting that is.

I think the punchline at the end is a little weak but the rest is pure gold. Basically it's a whole list of disgusting things. My 5 year old LOVED it and I've had to read it over and over again.

A fine piece of literature! All children need to know these things.

I gave it a 4 on the gross out factor alone.Sticking your finger in a cat's butt? Eating Hair? Yarking on the table? This must have been written by a French Guy

First read in San Francisco with one of my best friends and her two-year old daughter, I think these books have some of the best children's illustrations ever!

Not sure if this can be classified as a children's book because it's so odd and yet so funny!
